• Applications accepted February 16, 2010 – March 15, 2010 (Sustainable Broadband Adoption, Public Computer Center applications) and March 25, 2010 (Comprehensive Community Infrastructure applications)

• Approximately $2.6 billion available under this NOFA

• Approximately $2.35 billion for Comprehensive CommunityInfrastructure projects (middle mile)

• GTA awarded by NTIA in Cooperative Agreement $2.2M for statewide mapping on December 28, 2009

• Sanborn mapping firm selected from competitive bid process and qualified vendor pool on February 1, 2010

• Non-disclosure agreements to Georgia Telecommunication firms underway

• Validation of data will be critical in determining unserved and underserved area

• FCC nationwide available map expected in early 2011
