TCMI is a call center for telemarketing communications established in Manila on September 1999. It
supports the sales and revenue of programs of various service oriented industries. In particular it has
focused on hotels, credit card companies, and banks. The telemarketing industry has grown significantlyas various companies have decided to outsource their sales functions while expanding their market base.
For hotel industry, our company sells privilege cards which give card holders special benefits and services
from the hotel. For the credit card companies, we solicit for qualified card holders. And for banks, we
offer salary loans and remittance services.
The client base of TMCI credit cards, include RCBC, HSBC, Security Bank, Chinatrust, Union Bank,
Metrobank, and East West Bank. Hotel club memberships include Diamond Hotel, Linden Suites, Hyatt
Regency Manila, Waterfront Hotels & Casinos, The Richmonde Hotel, Microtel Inn & Suites, Legend
Villas, Hotel Supreme, Fuego Group of Hotels & Resorts, Discovery Suites, Club Vacation, and Club
Morocco. TMCI is also working with Manila North Tollways (Rediscover the North Privilege Card),
Radiowealth Finance Corp (Hongkong), Wine & Dine Card, the Golf Link Card and Asia United Bank
for the OFW remittance services.
TMCI is currently run by its Founder and President, Marites Syquia-Pamintuan, formerly director of
Hyatt Regency Manila and Dusit Hotel Nikko, bringing over 15 years of marketing experience. She
personally leads discussions with current and future corporate clients for concepts, strategies andexpansion plans.
