TempTRIP – Company History

TempTRIP,LLC is a joint venture between Sealed Air Corporation and Results Oriented, Inc. (ROI).

Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE), a Fortune 500 company, started operations in 1960 with the invention of Bubble Wrap® and is the maker of Cryovac ®.

ROI is a software, hardware and Web development company with expertise in product tracking and radio frequency identification (RFID) dating back to 1989.

In March of 2009, ROI and Sealed Air finalized the TempTRIP joint venture. The result is a company that goes beyond the basic hardware/software offering for temperature monitoring products. TempTRIP provides a service so that customers are able to achieve comprehensive cold chain logistics and monitoring with minimal infrastructure.
