We, the undersigned, hereby confirm and acknowledge that upon
written request only, internal transfers will be effected between
the Clients trading account(s) held with ACFX (the Company) and the
Introducing Broker (IB), Muhammad Azhar Saleem, holder of agent
account number 2680 (IBs Account) held with the Company.
We, the undersigned, hereby confirm and acknowledge the
following:
a) IB may transfer funds into the clients trading account upon
written request;
b) If point a) occurs, any withdrawal request will be made in
writing by the Client and funds will be transferred only into IBs
Account; We, the undersigned, hereby authorize the Company to
accept orders to transfer funds from IBs Account to the Clients
trading account(s). We, the undersigned, hereby authorize the
Company to execute orders to transfer funds from the Clients
trading account(s) to IBs Account, whether such orders are received
by Facsimile (Fax), Electronic mail or by post.
We, the undersigned hereby confirm and acknowledge our full
responsibility regarding the orders to transfer funds and the
Company is discharged from any liability resulting from the
execution of our instructions which are received either by fax,
digital (e-mail) or by post by the Company. We, the undersigned,
hereby confirm that it is our full responsibility to re-confirm the
above via telephone, prior to executing any order to transfer funds
by the Company.
We, the undersigned, further confirm and acknowledge that the
above are true and applicable. If at any time in the future any of
the above information changes, the Company will be immediately
informed.
