IMPORTANT
If anyone does not make contact with someone on their call list, they then must take the responsibility for ensuring that the message reaches those people who the uncontactable member of staff would have called.
This Exercise Report should be signed off by the BUC and Manager and copied. One copy should be retained in the BU BCP testing file and the other copy
sent to the Business Porjtinuity Manager.

Stage 1 - Immediate Response

> Upon receiving call from our security guard and after verification from the
organization BCIVl Coordinator (GM), the damage accessment team (GM, OPS
Manager, HR Manager, IT Manager) (DAT) will proceed to the disaster site.
> Upon arrival at the disaster site, the DAT will access the damage & formulate
response/ emergency evaluation.
> If the extent of damage is greater than the acceptable losses, organization
BCM coordinator will activate the BC plan.
> If the extent of damage is lesser than the acceptable losses, we will salvage
the operation.
Stage 2 - Recovery and Resumption

> Upon activation of the BC Plan, the individual BU Heads will try to acquire the
grab list items.
> All those ALT BU Reps will proceed to the alternate site and initiate the
checklist and recovery procedures, while the other CS will work remotely at
home.
> Enable user access to backup server in only Inquiry mode with in an hour.
> Start verification of database at backup site for last log file applied.
^ Enable application for operations within 6 hours.
> Enable backups on backup server.
> Enable backup email server as primary mail server with on 2 hours.
> Start verification of mailbox store at backup site for last log file applied.
> Update DNS for backup server to be primary exchange server with in 1 hour.
)> Vefiry network resources.
> Arrange transportation of grab-desk to backup site within 2 hours.
> In case of missing grab-disk. Enable restoration fll backup then differential
backup.
> Start verification files and folders.
> Update user scripts for new folder locations at backup server.

You mention that Checking Section Supervisor will do do they know and who is their alternate?
The plan says that you, the BUC will recover a box from off-site, how will the BCC contact you if events change?
You need computer application available with 3 terminals within 2 hours, have IT. agreed they can do that?
The essential printed forms, you say you do not need a supply held off-site, you will get them from printers, HOW?
Do you have an out-of-hours number for the archive contractor, this is needed to get this box at a weekend.
You say nothing about what you would do about unprocessed customer hard-copy instructions, still in the building.
The plan says "Bill Lim will take his lap-top computer home and work from there" Where is the lap-top now?
In order to meet your RTO, Sandra Tay must be at the office in 2 hours. How will she do that at 2.00 am?
