• Approved Innovative Model for CCRPI :Small Learning Community• GAPSS Visit identified 11 areas of improvement• Both Under-performing personnel identified retired or resigned prior to the end of the school year• All portions of the Leadership Rubric were scored as “Fully Operational”• Professional Learning was widespread and meaningful. Book Studies were an unanticipated HUGE success!•Use of Indistar at THS was identified by GaDOE as a model for all other schools• THS asked to present school data at National ASCD Conference (March) and Summer Leadership Academy (June & July)
