First year dissemination workshop

Location: Moscow??? St. Petersburg???

Target group: heads of IT services, vice-rectors for NIT, representatives of selected national projects, etc.

Scope: 1-2 days, 30-40 participants

Speakers: ICT4UM working group – cases gathered through the project, selected Russian “success stories”, representatives of funding agencies.

Outcome 2.

Month 9 - 11 (September - November 2008)

Training workshop for multipliers (IWi, IMC, EURICE –facilitator)

• In-depth presentations of selected methodologies and solutions (tailored to potential uptakers)

• Scope 1-2 days, 10-12 Russian specialists

• Requirements: practical experience in installation and maintenance of complex CAMS, knowledge of environments in partner Universities, ability to communicate in English

• Purchase of ARIS licences

• Potentially: invitation of a representative of LETI (the Russian University which is using SAP solution)
