Important TermsBrand Partner - An individual who enrolls in Teoma. Benefitsinclude: Access to purchase at wholesale price, ability to earncommissions, eligible to participate in special promotions, earn trips, access to personalized website, VIP trainings and other sales tools.
Customer – An individual who purchases products at retail price.
Enroller – A Brand Partner who enrolls another Brand Partner isreferred to as the “enroller”.
Upline – This includes your enroller and other team members that are above your enroller.
Downline – This includes everyone you enroll and other team member that are below you.
Active – A Brand Partner that has an 80 QV autoship or order each calendar
month and is qualified to participate in the Compensation Plan.
Inactive – A Brand Partner that fails to have an 80 QV autoship or order each month and is not qualified to participate in theCompensation Plan.
QV – Qualifying Volume. Refers to points associated with products that qualify you for ranks and promotions.
CV – Commissionable Volume. Refers to points associated with products that are used to calculate commissions.
Net CV – The total Commissionable Volume less product returns and credit card chargebacks.
GCV – Group Commissionable Volume It is the entire volumen of all your organization less returns and credit card chargebacks.
