Thank you for choosing Soman’s Leisure Tours (I) Pvt Ltd., to experience the best of the tours. We will take all efforts to provide you a wonderful holiday experience. We request you to read very carefully and follow the term & conditions to preclude any misunderstanding and for a smooth and splendid tour. Soman’s Leisure Tours (I) Pvt Ltd., is only a Tour Operator and we do not own any airline, hotels, Restaurants, Coaches, Cruise Ships . We, as a tour operator are not responsible for any act or decision by them which will be purely governed by their own set of rules and regulations. Our responsibility is limited to a tour operator only.

Booking:All passengers have to fill a booking reservation form and to be signed by them. All booking requires full name, contact number, Photo ID / Copy for domestic and valid passport for International travel.

Passport:Your passport should be valid for 180 days beyond the expected date of return. With a minimum of 2 blank pages for each country you plan to visit. In case you hold a valid visa in your old passport please inform us to ascertain exemption of fresh visa requirements. Passport should not be damaged / torn/ stapled/ smudged.

Loss of Passport:You are to take care of your passport on travel. Loss of passport will lead you to many formalities, extended stay, new fees etc., Passengers will have to manage this on their own. Tour manager is not responsible or liable for anything. Soman’s Leisure Tours (I) Pvt Ltd., will not be responsible for any liabilities or cost. No refund will be paid to customer in the event passenger leaving the tour abruptly.

Visa:Passengers travelling abroad require a Visa to be obtained prior to travel or visa on arrival to certain number of countries. Visa is processed by the High Commission / Consulate of the foreign country subject to submitting all requisite forms, photos and relevant papers / document as directed by the mission. You have to arrange such requirements in specified format or size. Granting of Visa is the sole discretion of the Consulate / High Com-mission. On receipt of visa please check validity of your visa. All visa fees is non-refundable. In spite of holding visa, entry to that country is the sole discretion of the Immigration authorities at the airport.

Health:At the time you make the booking ensure you are physically fit to travel to the destination. Please inform Soman’s in writing your medical condition which affect you to enjoy the tour. Passengers should inform any medication that may require while on tour. It is not our obligation to check your medical condition.

Baggage:All baggage rules are as per the airline policy.

Force Majeure:Means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control directly or indirectly of Soman’s Leisure in its ability to perform its obligations / responsibilities regarding the tour including the (a) war, hostilities, inva-sions, act of foreign enemies (b) rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war (c)

Hotel / Room / Meals:We take all care in selecting the most suitable Hotels for you which will complement the location. Soman’s reserves the right to change the hotel or split the accommodation in different hotels. Most of the hotels are booked on a twin sharing basis. Third bed is often a roll-away mattress in a twin-bedded room.

Single Occupancy: is a single bedded room and you will have to pay single occupancy charges.

Single Passenger: will have to share a room subject to availability of the room partner of the same gender. In the event of non-availability of the same you will have to pay single supplement charges.

Child Policy: Child without bed booking will not be entitled for a bed in a hotel room. Airconditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc.,

Meals:Please refer to the itinerary for details of the meals which would be served to you on the tour. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet. We do not assure special meals or special timings or extra halts for infants, children, or passengers with diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure or any other condition.

Scope of services:As a Travel House / Tour Operators, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Railways, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.

Cancellation of booking by you:Should you wish to cancel your booking,the request for the same should be in writing and our action will be only after the same is received by us.

Change in Itinerary:Soman’s Leisure Tours (I) Pvt Ltd reserves all rights without any assigning reason to modify the itinerary, merge the tour programmes for reasons justified by the management. We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour packages and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes as and when they are made. Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights or railway, closure of/ restricted entry at a place of sightseeing.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall packages of services unchanged. However, we shall not be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation on account of any change in itinerary.

Modification of booking by you:Should you wish to modify your booking, Communicate the same in writing and it is Subject to availability of seats.

Medical Insurance:Eligibility will be as per the policy inclusions only.No medical reimbursement is permitted for any pre-existing health condition.

Cancellation of Booking by YouShould you wish to cancel your booking; you must notify the same in writing. And our action will be only after the same is received. The cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. You understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on account of cancellation. You understand that these damages are called liquidated damages in legal language, which are payable without proof of actual damages. You agree not to dispute such deductions or to demand proof of actual damages.

Transfer from One Tour to Another A request in writing for transfer from one tour to another, 45 days prior to the departure, will be treated as cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. In case you transfer within the cancellation period, then the cancellation policy will apply.

Please Carefully Check What the Tour Cost Includes and Excludes in the tour itinerary.

Privacy of InformationWe try to maintain the privacy of the personal information provided by you. However, it would be necessary for us to share this information with Consulates, Embassies, Airlines, Hotels and other service providers who would be providing you service during the tour. We would also be constrained to disclose such information if we receive an order of the court, a requisition from any government or statutory authority, subpoena, or whereunder any laws, rules or regulations, such disclosure becomes necessary.

We reserve the right to amend the prices published in this brochure and on the website and to adjust our charges based on various factors including currency fluctuations, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, special / high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in any government taxes or any taxes or visa fees and/or for any reason before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before yourdeparture.
