On October 20, 2004, Ismail Elbarasse and his wife were arrested for

suspicious behavior as they were videotaping the bridge supports

along the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. A subsequent FBI search of Mr. El-

barasse’s home found a hidden sub-basement full of documentation

of the Muslim Brotherhood operations in North America.

Terrorist Organizations are requesting

Among the boxes of evidence was countless documents used by the prosecution in the

“US Government vs. the Holy Land Foundation” trials. The Holy Land Foundation was a

front group raising money for Islamic terrorism. This was the largest case of terrorism

financing ever prosecuted in the history of the United States. One incriminating piece of

evidence was the “Muslim Brotherhood Strategy for North America” which included the fol-

lowing page outlining their goals of overthrowing the United States Government. All of the

documentation was “stipulated” by the defense attorneys, meaning the defense conceded

that it actually was what the prosecutors said it was.

The last page of the “Memorandum for North America” listed the Muslim Brother-

hood front groups that were operating in North America as of May, 1991. This list

included the Islamic Society of North America (mosques), the Muslim Student As-

sociation (colleges), North American Islamic Trust (owns properties) and the Islamic

Association for Palestine out of which CAIR was born in 1994, among others.

Since 1994

CAIR, ISNA and NAIT appealed to have their names removed

from the list of co-conspirators. US District Judge Jorge Solis

ruled on July 1, 2009, that “The Government has produced

ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA,

and NAIT with Holy Land Foundation, the Islamic Association

for Palestine, and with Hamas.”

Last year, New York Congressman Peter King conducted an investigation and sent the following

letter to Attorney General Eric Holder asking why the Department of Justice decided to stop

prosecuting these unindicted co-conspirators. As of this date, no answer has been received.

Of course Holder has been busy suing Arizona for attempting to enforce border security, suing

Texas for requiring voters to produce ID before voting and he has also been busy smuggling

guns to Mexican drug cartels. Who has time to prosecute terrorists?

Since the FBI and the Department of Justice prosecuting the Holy Land Foundation were plan-

ning on prosecuting the entire list of 246 co-conspirators of terrorism; and since US District

Judge Jorge Solis upon review refused to remove the names of CAIR, ISNA, and NAIT from this

list and instead restated that the evidence proved that they were tied to Hamas (a known ter-

rorist organization) and their parent the Muslim Brotherhood; and since they are on record in

“stipulated” documents stating their intent is to overthrow the United States government,

does the City of Edmond really wish to grant building permits to these organizations?
