Clumsy arrangementsof components in a single screen

• Options are displayed on single line for any menu tab.

• UI defect and usability as the borders for each suboption is not clearly visible

• Plan Nav Tab below displays the suboptions in Marquee format. But if moved cursor on any suboption the Marquee doesnot stop but keeps going

• After clicking on “Click here” button in Buy Policies Online submodule this is displayed

Once checked the checkboxes and clicked “confirm & Proceed” button user gets through to next page tab “Calculate Premium”

When clicked on show premium

Shows alert message in which wrong field is not focused but the DOB field is focused which according to user is correct. Lack of validation, Wrong error message.

User has nowhere to go but to close current page in browser and reopen LIC application

It’s a major functionality problem.

When entered all valid data in previous form we get page shown below

Note the red oval Its been marked to indicate that Mandatory field specification is missing here

When clicked on “Proceed” button you get error messge which you literally have to search for on the screen ,WHY? Because lack of

uniformity in the error messages prompted to user
