Welcome to our 2016-2017 Wedding Guide

About Us• Winners of Food Network’s Cupcake Wars in 2012! • Best of New Hampshire 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015! • We have two locations located in North Conway, NH – The Village is our

main location in downtown North Conway, across from the Eastern Slope Inn. Our second location is in the Settler’s Green Outlet Mall, in between Lids and Aeropostale.

• Our bakery specializes in made-from-scratch cupcakes, custom cakes, and sweet’s tables.

• In 2015, we catered to 63 weddings with venues such as Hardy Farm, Eagle Mountain House, Whitney’s Inn, The Wentworth, Christmas Farm Inn, Stonehurst, the Red Jacket, White Mountain Hotel and Resort, Bishop Farm, Stone Mountain Arts Center, Omni Mt. Washington Resort, just to name a few!

• We’re the best at what we do and want to offer you the best desserts and service for your special day!

Tastings and Consultations• We offer in-house consultations! You will get to sit with one of our

wedding professionals and try some of our delicious flavors! • Our consultations are $25 or complimentary if you book with us.

This includes tasting 4-6 flavors of your choosing from our daily assortment, while sitting with our Wedding Coordinator to discuss your event in detail.

• There are no limits artistically to what we can do with our specialty cakes and cupcakes. Please bring any invitations, art inspiration, theme, colors, centerpieces, or other ideas you may have with you to your consultation.

• To book a consultation, please call 603-733-5310. Please note, we are open Wednesday-Sunday. You may also email our wedding coordinator directly at weddings@wmcupcakery.com. Please allow 3-7 business days for a response.

• We recommend consultations are booked as soon as possible.

Save-the-Date!• We book up quickly!! We are a small, specialty bakery, and

can only cater to a few weddings per weekend. If you are unable to schedule a tasting right away, but want to reserve your wedding date, you can pay a $300 non-refundable deposit. This will come directly off of your balance.

• From there, that date is yours and you can come in for a consultation at a later date.

• By booking with us, we offer you a 4 pack of cupcakes on us on your 1 year Anniversary. You may only redeem this offer in our shop, in person. We do not ship!

Cake Designs• We want to create a one-of-a-kind design for your cake. If you aren’t sure

where to begin, that’s ok! We love creating unique designs for each couple and never replicate anything.

• Our specialty cakes start at $6.50 per slice. This is for a basic, simple design like a messy buttercream. All cakes are then priced per project, as each design is custom. We can do anything from handpainting, to sculpted cakes, handmade sugar flowers, and so much more!

Birch Cakes! We do a variety of birch cakes in different colors and sizes. Whether you prefer fondant, or buttercream, we do it all!

Buttercream vs. Fondant 6” Birch “Cutting Cake” - $85/$125 2 tier birch cake - $200/ $250

Messy Buttercream Cakes! With a rustic backdrop, a simple rustic cake may be a the way to go! This style cake is very popular and can be paired with any accents.

Cupcakes and Cutting Cakes• As we’ve mentioned, we are Cupcake Wars Winners! Our cupcakes are handcrafted, from

scratch! • Our wedding cupcakes are sold per dozen with a minimum of 2 dozen per flavor. For a

basic flavor, they are $40 per dozen and $48 per dozen for a specialty flavor. • If you’d a small cake to cut at your reception for photos and would like to offer cupcakes

to your guests, our cutting cakes start at $50. This is for a 6” simple, basic flavor cake with minimal design. If you’d like any accents or a more detailed design, this will be priced per project.

• We can also decorate your cupcakes custom with different fondant accents or handmade flowers. Let us know if you have any questions about custom cupcake designs.

• If you have gluten free or vegan guests, you may order additional cupcakes. See sweet’s table pricing for additional pricing.

• If you choose to do a smaller cake and cutting cakes in the back, we offer 8” cutting cakes starting at $60 for a basic flavor. We do not do sheet cakes.

• *** PLEASE NOTE: We work in a peanut friendly environment. Let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies. We will do our best to sanitize, however we work around different types of nuts on a daily basic. For a severe allergy, we can assist you in making other arrangements for those guests.

– Almond Cake, topped with Coconut Buttercream, rolled in coconut, drizzled with chocolate.

• Snowball – Coconut Cake, topped with Coconut Buttercream, rolled in

coconut. • Raspberry Snowball • Coconut Cake, filled with raspberry sauce, topped with coconut

buttercream, rolled in coconut.

• Snickerdoodle – Cinnamon cake, topped with Cinnamon Buttercream.

• Red Velvet – Classic Red Velvet cake, topped with Cream Cheese

Buttercream.

• Fresh Carrot – Fresh Carrot Cake, topped with Cream Cheese Buttercream.

• Refreshing Lemon – We use fresh Lemon zest and juice in our Lemon Cake, filled

with Lemon filling, dusted with confectioners sugar.

• Green Mint Mountain – Chocolate Cake, topped with Mint Buttercream, drizzled

with chocolate, and finished with a junior mint.

• Chocolate Raspberry – Chocolate Cake, filled with Raspberry Filling, topped with

Chocolate Buttercream.

• Boston Cream – Vanilla Cake, filled with Bavarian Cream, topped with

Chocolate Buttercream.

• Plain Jane – Vanilla Cake, filled and topped with Chocolate Buttercream.

• Maple Bacon – A tasty combination of pure New Hampshire Maple Syrup

and bacon bits, topped with Maple Buttercream, crispy bacon, and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate. **This is a

you don’t see your venue on this list and we can let you know if we can deliver there. You may pick up your items as well.

Set Up

• ***There is an additional $50 charge for a cupcake set up, $100 for a sweet’s table, and $50 for a specialty tiered custom design cake.

• We have a variety of set up options for your desserts, and an assortment of cake stands and cupcake towers that you can rent.

• These options will be discussed during your consultation. • You can also purchase or make your own stands. However, we MUST

approve this prior to set up. We do not want your desserts to be too heavy for your stand and for a caketastrophe to occur on your special day!! We also take pride in the integrity of our product and set up is very important. Please let us know if you plan on having your own stand.

Payments• We DO NOT accept personal checks. • You may pay over the phone by credit card or pay by cash in person. • Your first payment will be a $300 non-refundable retainer. • From there, your next payment will be due 2 months prior to your event, which will be

half of your remaining balance. At the 2 month payment mark, all payments that have been made are non-refundable. We schedule other specialty orders around weddings and refuse other business to offer you the time your desserts deserve! Due to this, we cannot offer any refunds within this time period.

• Two weeks before your event is when all final changes will be made. All major changes we request ONLY at the two week mark. After changes like guest count are made, your final balance will be paid in full. If we haven’t received this final payment and have trouble getting in touch with you for any reason, we have the right to cancel your event. All payments that have been made at that point are non-refundable.

• We hold a credit card on file, however do not charge anything with out speaking with you first. This is for security purposes only.

• Please note, if your desserts are over a certain amount, (highly detailed, etc) and we block off the week for you, half of your balance will be due at booking and is non-refundable.
