Health Care ConferenceNovember 27–29, 2007, New York City

You are invited to attend

INTRODUCTIONPiper Jaffray cordially invites you to attend the 19th Annual Health Care Conference. The traditional fundamental attributes and forward-growth prospects exhibited by the health care sector will be a key component to investing strategies in the New Year.

This year’s conference will host nearly 300 companies spanning the biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, drug discovery, medical technology, medical diagnostics & devices, and health care services sectors.

Management teams from participating public companies will have 30 minutes allotted for company overview presentations and informal Q&A sessions. Industry experts, physicians, and academicians have also been invited to host panels and address topics of regulatory, reimbursement, and legal issues. Further granularity will be presented in disease specific discussions on atherosclerosis, diabetes, cancer and other areas of interest to investors.

The conference will feature nearly 100 top health care private companies, based on their later stage of development, business models and influential technology. These sessions should be of particular interest to private equity investors and venture capitalists.
