Academy of Medical Educators?

• The Academy of Medical Educators is the professional organisation for all involved in the education and training of medical students and doctors.

Good Medical Practice

• General Medical Council’s (GMC) Good Medical Practice (2001) requires that:

• ‘If you are involved in teaching you must develop the skills, attitudes and practices of a competent teacher’ (para.16).
