Airman Development Plan (ADP) / Talent Marketplace
(TM) Transition
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1111
ADP and Talent Marketplace
Assignment communication tool for all officers in the grades of O-5 and below
Ability to list location/duty and developmental preferences
Talent Marketplace creates assignment/duty location database
Formalizes commander involvement
Assignment matching WILL start with or without ADP/TM Input
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1212
Talent Marketplace / ADP Do’s
List your background and experience
List realistic preferences and be flexible!
Explain unique situations/special skills: High School senior, graduate education, research experience, etc…
Let your ADP/TM “do the talking”
Follow up with your commander
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1313
Talent Marketplace / ADP Don’ts
DON’T give only one or few preferences
DON’T leave the comments section/intent questions blank
DON’T miss submission deadlines – you may miss out on your chance to communicate
DON’T search for duty titles or specific rank requirement. Focus on location… List preferred duty titles in intent questions
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1414
TALENT MARKETPLACE
Still being developed: A work in progress!
All officers are required to update their Talent Marketplace profiles
It is essential you ID your Sq/CC equivalent or above
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1515
TALENT MARKETPLACE
Officers MUST enter Talent Marketplace (not just MyVector) to update profile information
Talent Marketplace profiles can be updated throughout the year – Out of Cycle Preferences
Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 1616
Talent Marketplace
All BSCs are now using TM for assignment matching. Please ensure that you have logged into Talent
Marketplace via MyVector ASAP!
TM training is available at: https://www.milsuite.mil/book/groups/afpc-assignments-talent-marketplace
