AccordingtoaCareerBuildersurvey,companiesarehiringthewrongemployees,despiteadiminishingpoolortalent.Employersciteinsufficienttalentintelligenceandtheneedtofillthejobquicklyasthereasonsforbadhiringdecisions.3

SAIDTHEYNEEDEDTOFILLTHEJOBQUICKLYIntheCareerBuildersurvey,26%ofemployerssaidtheyweren’tsurewhytheymadeabadmistake,buttheycitedinsufficienttimetoproperlyvetcandidatesandalackofsufficienttalentintelligenceasthetopreasons.Andwhenyouconsider46%ofresumescontainfalseinformation,yousimplyneedmore–andbetter–datatohiretherightcandidate.
