Re-Exams

It is Annual re-cer+fica+on +me. Each household will be receiving

le2ers reques+ng current income for your household. A2ached to

the income request is a ques+onnaire that your household must

complete. Please submit all documenta+on to the office by the

deadline specified in your le2er. Par+al submissions will not be

accepted.

• January– Processing Elderly and Disabled designated units.

• February– Processing Family designated units.

Failure to comply with the re-exam process will result in lease

termina+on.

Please feel free to contact this office with any ques+ons that you

may have regarding the re-cer+fica+on process.

Failure to turn in your income changes can result in automa1c

termina1on if you owe $500 or more in retroac1ve rent. Amounts

owed that are less than $500 generate a lease viola1on for you

and puts you in jeopardy of losing your apartment.

Per 6 (a)(b) of your lease, make sure that you have your u+li+es on in your

apartment. They must be in the head of household’s name.

All Christmas Decora+ons must be taken down by January 1, 2013. Failure to do

so will be a lease viola+on and will put you in jeopardy of losing your apartment.

Per our Lawn Care Policy all decora+ons must be removed by the 7th day a�er

the holiday.

The Calhoun Housing Authority Board of Commissioners mee+ng is

scheduled the 4th Wednesday of each month. Call to verify that a

mee+ng is scheduled and has not been cancelled prior to a2ending.

*Late Fees applied @ 4:00p.m., The HHPHD & HHSG resident association meetings are open to Seniors. The Sunshine Resident Association meetings are open to CM Jones residents.
