LOCAL cake decorator Pauline Hearne brings arange of skills and abilities together to make“beautiful, yummy and unique cakes” for alloccasions.
Pauline, who trained as a chef when she leftschool, makes her cakes herself and thendecorates them with her own unique style andsense of humour.
She has decorated cakes “on and off” for 13years and has been concentrating on them as abusiness - Paulz’s Cake Creations - for the lastthree years.
Prices for her special occasion cakes, such aswedding, birthday, christening, baby shower, vary,but birthday/occasion cakes usually range from$100 to $180, she says, depending on the sizeand intricacy of the design. Cakes with three tiersor more will cost over $200, she says.
