    BIOS ADELINE WHITENER (Munchkin) is pleased to be making her R2P debut as a Munchkin! She is in the 7th grade at Dryden Middle School and has previously appeared as an ensemble member in Dryden's production of The Music Man and, most recently, as Little Red Riding Hood in Into The Woods. When not rehearsing, Addy is playing soccer with her Cortland SDA team or singing in the car at a very high volume. She would like to thank her parents, brother and dog, Geti Lee, for their support. She would also like to thank her fellow cast members and the R2P community for a very warm welcome. Enjoy the show!

    ALANA CRAIB (Ensemble) is ecstatic to be participating in her seventh Running to Places show! You may have recently seen her in R2P's Daisy Pulls It Off (Belinda Mathieson) that took place this February. She has also previously been in Hairspray as Link Larkin at LACS, and in many other shows she doesn't have enough room to mention. Alana loves theatre and has been acting since she was very young, starting with the Ithaca Youth Bureau's Imagine That Program. When not attending rehearsal, she can be found at the library or bookstore. She hopes you enjoy the show!

    ALYSSA SALERNO (Ensemble) is in 8th grade at Dryden middle school. She is excited to be in her third R2P show. Alyssa was previously in Seussical the Musical and Once Upon a Mattress as well as Into the Woods at Dryden. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys singing, drawing, and hanging with her friends. She would like to thank her mom and dad for their constant taxi and food service. As well as her grandmother and sister-in-law Donna for the rides. Enjoy the show ;)

    ANA LUISA BRADY-MCCULLOUGH (Lullaby League) is excited to be participating in her second R2P show. Ana is a freshman at Ithaca High School, and enjoys doing karate, spending time at Model UN and playing violin. Some of her favorite roles in the past have been Titania (A Midsummer Nights Dream) A Witch in Macbeth and Alice in Alice and Wonderland. Ana would like to thank the cast and crew for their hard work, and she hopes you enjoy the show!

    ANTONIO DANIEL CUEVAS (Jitterbug, Snow Spirit, Winkie) is delighted to participate in his first Running to Places show. He has appeared in two Ithaca College productions and has experience acting in several short movies and commercials through Acting Out NY. Antonio is home schooled and is an avid soccer player.

    CALI NEWMAN (Assistant Stage Manager) is very excited to be ASMing her first R2P show! While usually onstage, she loves getting new opportunities in the technical theatre world. Her favorite credits include Chava in R2P's Fiddler on the Roof, Vivienne in IHS's Legally Blonde, and dance corps in Fame. You can catch her in R2P's production of 13 in the summer as Lucy. She would like to thank her director Joey for being patient with her as she learned the ropes of ASMing! "Hope you enjoy the show!"

    CARYS BANFORD (Munchkin/Emerald City Citizen) is a homeschooler going into 7th grade. She loves working with Running to Places and has had so much fun at all of the rehearsal so far. She has participated in Acting Out NY, Ithaca Children’s Choir and also sings with her brother and sister. In her free time she likes to read, sing and make short films with her friends. Carys has played piano for seven years and flute for almost five years. She would like to thank her family and all of her friends and neighbors for being there and supporting her. Thank you every one so much for coming to see the show, enjoy!

    CASSIDY COWELL (Munchkin, Flying Monkey) is a ninth grader from Dryden, happy to be making an appearance with such hard-working men and women in this play! She is very invested in the arts, and has been interested in Broadway musicals since she was little! Cass would like to thank her friends and family for helping her along the way.

    DANIEL "DANI" COPELAND (Lullaby League/Nikko/Ensemble) is a sixth grader at Dewitt Middle School and is stoked to be in her first R2P production. Favorite roles include, Kate in Pirates of Penzance and Magic Carpet in Aladdin. Dani was also selected as this year's recipient of the Hangar Theatre's Erin Aljoe Schlather Inspiration Award. Dani would like to thank her parents for running her to places, her friends for all their support, and Joey, Jeremy and Kelly for being AWESOME!!! You are going to LOVE this show!!!

    DEBORAH DREW (Set Designer) has been designing theatre sets for student productions since 1999. She had the pleasure of working with Joey in several productions at Dryden Central Schools and is happy to reconnect with him and R2P productions. Deb received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams College in Bristol, RI. She works with her husband, James, in their home business, "The Architects Drew," in Dryden. They design custom homes

    KYLEIGH BAIRD (Ensemble) is excited for her first R2P production. When not in theatre she is reading and role playing.

    LORI SCHREIBER (Costume Designer) is so happy to be back! Lori previously designed Honk (the first one) and also The Music Man. Break a leg everyone!

    MADDI CARROLL (Dorothy) is a freshman at Ithaca High School and is very excited to be in her second-ever R2P show! Maddi has been in three Boynton Middle School productions such as Cinderella, Guys and Dolls and State Fair. She participates in the Ithaca High School choir and absolutely loves it. She would like to thank Kristin Zaryski, her fantastic choir director who has inspired her to do great things, her parents and sister April for the endless driving to and from rehearsals and support, her best friend Crystal for the push to actually audition, and lastly her aunt for being there for her every step of the way.

    MARNIE PERRY (Munchkin, Third Crow, Flying Monkey, Citizen of Emerald City) is in 7th grade at Lehman Alternative Community School (LACS) in Ithaca. Marnie made her acting debut as the sexy grandma in the Beverly J. Martin 4th grade play. Her next role was as the gum-chewing Violet Beauregarde in the LACS middle school production of Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. She recently played the gum-chewing Penny Pingleton in the LACS all-school production of Hairspray, Jr. Marnie likes chewing gum, running track, climbing trees, and performing in the Vitamin L Project. Marnie is really happy to express herself in her first R2P show and thanks her family and friends for their support. Enjoy!

    MIKE “SPARKLES” GARRETT (Lighting Designer): Mike’s interest in theatre began at a young age, but it was not until his junior year of high school that he was introduced to technical theater by his roommate. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Animal Science, but was most often seen in the Schwartz Center’s scene shop, where he began as stage carpenter, rising to lighting designer and eventually technical director for Leonard Bernstein’s Mass in 2009. He has worked as the productions manager for the Cornell Concert Commission, as well as Slope Day. Mike also served as the set designer, technical director, and production manager for the Melodramatics Theatre Company. He has run sound for many concerts and several R2P shows. His love of theatre also has led him to work in concerts, film, and web media.

    NATALIE BOUCHER (Ensemble) is thirteen years old and enthusiastic to be part of the Wizard of Oz production! This is her third show with Running to Places; she has previously been in the ensemble of both Fiddler on the Roof and Once Upon a Mattress. She is especially excited to be in The Wizard of Oz because she has seen the movie multiple times when she was younger, and she loves all of the eccentric and fun characters. Enjoy the show – remember to follow the yellow brick road!

    NICK MRAS (Ensemble) is in 8th grade at Newfield Middle School and is excited to be in his 2nd Running to Places production! Favorite roles include playing "Tin Man" in the Hangar Theater's production of The Wiz, "Mr. Mayor" in Newfield’s production of Seussical and “Papa Ge” in Newfield’s production of Once on This Island. When he's not on stage entertaining, Nick enjoys drumming, chorus, soccer, hanging out with friends and making people laugh! Nick would like to send a special thank you to his family and friends for their support. Hope you enjoy the show!

    NICO SAWESTER (Mayor of Munchkinland/Flying Monkey) is very excited to be a part of the experience that is The Wizard of Oz. Nico is a seventh grader at Trumansburg Middle School. You may have seen him in Running to Places’ A Christmas Carol last year as Tiny Tim. He also participates in his school’s musical and theatrical productions. In his free time, Nico likes to do parkour, ski, and snowboard. Nico would like to thank his hard-working directors for their support throughout the rehearsal process, and his awesome mom and family. Enjoy the show!

    NOA SHAPIRO-TAMIR (Glinda/Aunt Em) is so excited to be performing in this fun-filled musical, an old favorite. Past R2P shows include Fiddler on the Roof (Shprintze), Once Upon a Mattress (Ensemble), and more! She goes to school at LACS (Look it up. No really, look it up), where you could, perchance, have spotted her this past month as Beatrice or Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing, or in certain concerts playing the fiddle and singing. She loves any and all performing, as well as being a tireless extrovert and eating good food. Noa wishes to thank Joey, Jer-bear, Kelly, Lori, Cali, Alice, the Drews, her family, and every single cast and crew member who made this show the amazing thing it is! A note from Noa: Don't get lost over any rainbows, and enjoy the show!

    NOAH MATTICE is excited to be in his second ever Running to Places show. Noah Mattice is a freshman at Ithaca High School and has always loved to act. His first show was Annie Get Your

    as well as renovations and small commercial projects. Deb especially enjoyed working on the sets of Seussical with R2P, and Oliver!, Pirates of Penzance, Blythe Spirit, The Music Man, On the Town, Guys and Dolls, Romeo and Juliet, and Grease at Dryden. Deb has enjoyed getting to know the cast and crew of R2P. Running to Places is all about collaboration to produce fine youth theatre and she is glad to see, and be a part of, it happening throughout Tompkins County schools, colleges, and professional theatre companies.

    DEVON FINLAY (Tree, Jitterbug, Winkie) is really excited for his first R2P show! His first ever musical was Catch Me If You Can earlier this year at IHS. Devon also enjoys singing in choir and playing guitar. He is also very excited to be performing at the State Theatre! Enjoy the show!

    ELSBETH O'TOOLE (Lullaby League) is thrilled to be apart of her first Running to Places theatre production! She attends Dewitt Middle School where she recently appeared in Aladdin Jr. She has also been apart of many musical productions at the Hangar Theatre’s Next Generation School of Theatre such as Willy Wonka, Seussical the Musical, The Wiz, and Pirates of Penzance. She wants to thank Joey and Jeremy for making this show so much fun!!!! Lastly, she would like to thank her parents for driving her to practice and being so supportive. She really enjoyed working on this production and hopes you enjoy the show.

    EMMA ELLIS (Cowardly Lion/Zeke) is in 8th grade at Boynton Middle School. Emma is thrilled to be in her sixth R2P show. Her favorite roles so far have been Thing 2in R2P’s Seussical, “Fluff” in R2P’s Honk! and “Laozi” in Boynton Middle School’s Mulan. In her free time, Emma enjoys singing, acting, playing ukulele, sleeping, & spending time with her friends. She would like to thank this amazing cast and crew for making such an incredible show possible. She would also like to thank You for having the “courage” to come see the Wizard of Oz. There’s no place like a theater - enjoy the show!

    FINN KELLMURRAY (Uncle Henry, Jitterbug Dancer, General): This is Finn’s 6th time Running to Places! He would like to thank Joey and Jeremy and Kelly for making this such a great show. When Finn isn’t spending time in the Emerald Kingdom, he is a company member of the Ithaca Ballet. He has danced in productions such as Nutcracker, Pied Piper and Cinderella. Finn would like to thank his vocal coach Erica Steinhagen and his teachers at Ithaca Ballet for all of their support. Finn is a 9th grader at IHS. In his very small amount of spare time Finn enjoys playing tabletop and computer games with his brother. Thank you for coming to the show!

    GEORGE MURPHY-WILKINS (Ensemble) is in 8th grade at Dryden Middle School. Highlights of his stage credits include The Artful Dodger in Dryden's Production of Oliver!; Jonathan in SUNY Cortland's production of A Christmas Carol Musical; Newsboy in the Hangar Theater's production of Gypsy; Rapunzel's Prince in Dryden's production of Into the Woods. George also has been dancing and performing with Cortland PAI for the past 10 years. He is very excited to be a part of The Wizard of Oz, his first performance with R2P. George is also a huge fan of bacon.

    HAZEL SANAKER (Flying Monkey, Munchkin): Hazel is 12 years old and is a 6th grade student at Boynton Middle School. She enjoys singing and acting. She is a member of the Boynton Treble Ensemble and Chorus. This is her first Running to Places production. Her previous experience was at CSMA and her school talent shows. Hazel would like to thank her parents for getting her to every rehearsal. She has made many good friends and has had a great time. She hopes everyone enjoys the show!

    IMRI LESHED (Hickory/Tinman) is pumped to be in The Wizard of Oz! Imri is a 9th grader at Ithaca High School. His favorite past roles include Evan Goldman in 13 the Musical at Dewitt Middle School, Austin in Physics Fair with the Kitchen Theatre, and Jojo in Seussical and Dance Corps in Fame with R2P. In his free time, Imri likes singing in choir, playing the piano, and being on his phone. Imri would like to thank the amazing cast, Joey, Jeremy, Kelly, Cali, and everyone else involved in the show, his family, and his friends for all of their support. He hopes you enjoy this TOTOlly OZsome show!

    JAMES HARROD (Wizard of Oz) is thrilled to be part of his sixth R2P production! He has performed in R2P’s productions of A Christmas Carol, Annie, Honk, The Wedding Singer and Fiddler. He also played the role of Brett in DeWitt Middle School’s production of 13 and Jafar in Aladdin. In addition to acting, James enjoys playing the violin, listening to music, and playing Magic the Gathering. James would like to thank his parents for being so supportive and all the people at Running to Places. He hopes you enjoy the show!

    JEREMY PLETTER (Music Director) is the resident music director at R2P. Previous shows as Music Director with this company include Seussical, A Christmas Carol, and Into the Woods. In

    addition, Jeremy was seen on stage with R2P in Urinetown, Guys and Dolls, Little Shop of Horrors, and more. He also was in the Ithaca College Main Stage production of The Magic Flute. “Thank you all for coming and enjoy the show.”

    JOEY STEINHAGEN (Artistic Director/Resident Director) grew up doing community theatre in a company called Song & Dance Associates that was surely the spiritual ancestor of Running to Places. He founded R2P in 2007 as a way to bring together the many passionate and talented young people of this area so they could create theatre, develop life skills, and make some of the best friendships of their lives – much as he did when he was young. He has been teaching, acting in, and directing theatre for young people throughout Tompkins County since 1993, and received his BFA in Acting from Ithaca College in 1996. Over the years, he has directed musicals and plays at Ithaca and Dryden High Schools; Dryden, Boynton, and DeWitt Middle Schools; the Northern Lights Learning Center; and the Hangar Theatre’s Kiddstuff series. Joey has taught acting at Ithaca College, Cornell, SUNY Cortland, Hangar Theatre’s Next Generation program, and the Ithaca Youth Bureau. As an actor, he has appeared at the Kitchen Theatre in Tony and the Soprano (“Tony,” world premiere), Precious Nonsense (“Pete,” world premiere), The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow (“Dr. Yakunin”), and We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay! (“Luigi”). He is grateful to his beautiful fiancé Uniit for all of her love, patience, and support. He wants to give a special shout-out to Kii. He is proudest of his favorite production: his son Aram.

    JOSIE CLOUGHERTY (Ensemble) is pretty excited (and nervous) to be part of a large play production. She's always wanted to, and has finally worked up the courage to try. She has been seen as an extra in an LACS show, Romeo and Juliet. When Josie is not doing acting things (AKA most of the time), she loves to read, draw, EAT, and take naps with her kitties. She'd like to thank everyone in R2P for being so friendly and making her feel welcome. Enjoy the show!!!

    JULIA MACHLIN (Munchkin Coroner/Ensemble) is super exited to be in her fourth season with R2P! You may have seen her in Daisy Pulls it Off or Fiddler on the Roof, with R2P, or in 13 (Eddie), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Tom Snout) with DeWitt Middle School. She is currently a freshman at Ithaca High School. When not preforming, Julia enjoys singing with the Ithaca Children's Choir Chorale, and procrastinating from her never-ending work load. Julia would like to thank her friends and parents for dealing with her melodramatic tendencies, and Joey, Jeremy, Kelly, Alice, Lori, Callie, and the entire cast and crew for pulling together an amazing show. Come out, come out where ever you are, and enjoy the show!

    JULIA ROSE GUEST (Ensemble), a 6th grader at Dryden Middle School, is excited to be part of Running to Places’ production of The Wizard of Oz. She recently played a little pig and Little Red Ridding Hood’s understudy in Dryden High School’s Into the Woods. Julie has starred in local television commercials as well as a number of television shows and films. Julia enjoys singing. She has been featured member of the Dryden Mini-Measures, Dryden Drama Booster’s Cabaret, and Dryden Middle School Chorus and recently honored to represent Dryden as an All County Chorus performer and NYSSMA soloist. She plays French horn, piano and guitar. When she is not performing she enjoys reading, skiing, gymnastics and listening to music. Julia hopes to one day grace the Broadway stage.     KAI FELDMAN (Guard, Stringbeans, Lollipop Guild) is excited to be in his fourth show with R2P. You may have seen him in R2P's production of Fiddler on the Roof as part of the ensemble. In his spare time Kai enjoys sleeping, singing, and listening to music. Kai would like to thank his voice teacher Jeremy Pletter for support and awesomeness, as well as bears. Kai would also like to thank his friends Noa, Alana, Marnie, Shonah, Alyssa, Rachel, and Sierra for being completely awesome and fun to be around. Kai would lastly like to thank his family for driving him everywhere and being supportive of my crazy interests. Kai hopes you enjoy the show!

    JOEY STEINHAGEN (Artistic Director/Resident Director) grew up doing community theatre in a company called Song & Dance Associates that was surely the spiritual ancestor of Running to Places. He founded R2P in 2007 as a way to bring together the many passionate and talented young people of this area so they could create theatre, develop life skills, and make some of the best friendships of their lives – much as he did when he was young. He has been teaching, acting in, and directing theatre for young people throughout Tompkins County since 1993, and received his BFA in Acting from Ithaca College in 1996. Over the years, he has directed musicals and plays at Ithaca and Dryden High Schools; Dryden, Boynton, and DeWitt Middle Schools; the Northern Lights Learning Center; and the Hangar Theatre’s Kiddstuff series. Joey has taught acting at Ithaca College, Cornell, SUNY Cortland, Hangar Theatre’s Next Generation program, and the Ithaca Youth Bureau. As an actor, he has appeared at the Kitchen Theatre in Tony and the Soprano (“Tony,” world premiere), Precious Nonsense (“Pete,” world premiere), The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow (“Dr. Yakunin”), and We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay! (“Luigi”). He is grateful to his beautiful fiancé Uniit for all of her love, patience, and support. He wants to give a special shout-out to Kii. He is proudest of his favorite production: his son Aram.

    JOSIE CLOUGHERTY (Ensemble) is pretty excited (and nervous) to be part of a large play production. She's always wanted to, and has finally worked up the courage to try. She has been seen as an extra in an LACS show, Romeo and Juliet. When Josie is not doing acting things (AKA most of the time), she loves to read, draw, EAT, and take naps with her kitties. She'd like to thank everyone in R2P for being so friendly and making her feel welcome. Enjoy the show!!!

    JULIA MACHLIN (Munchkin Coroner/Ensemble) is super exited to be in her fourth season with R2P! You may have seen her in Daisy Pulls it Off or Fiddler on the Roof, with R2P, or in 13 (Eddie), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Tom Snout) with DeWitt Middle School. She is currently a freshman at Ithaca High School. When not preforming, Julia enjoys singing with the Ithaca Children's Choir Chorale, and procrastinating from her never-ending work load. Julia would like to thank her friends and parents for dealing with her melodramatic tendencies, and Joey, Jeremy, Kelly, Alice, Lori, Callie, and the entire cast and crew for pulling together an amazing show.     JULIA ROSE GUEST (Ensemble), a 6th grader at Dryden Middle School, is excited to be part of Running to Places’ production of The Wizard of Oz. She recently played a little pig and Little Red Ridding Hood’s understudy in Dryden High School’s Into the Woods. Julie has starred in local television commercials as well as a number of television shows and films. Julia enjoys singing. She has been featured member of the Dryden Mini-Measures, Dryden Drama Booster’s Cabaret, and Dryden Middle School Chorus and recently honored to represent Dryden as an All County Chorus performer and NYSSMA soloist. She plays French horn, piano and guitar. When she is not performing she enjoys reading, skiing, gymnastics and listening to music. Julia hopes to one day grace the Broadway stage.     KAI FELDMAN (Guard, Stringbeans, Lollipop Guild) is excited to be in his fourth show with R2P. You may have seen him in R2P's production of Fiddler on the Roof as part of the ensemble. In his spare time Kai enjoys sleeping, singing, and listening to music. Kai would like to thank his voice teacher Jeremy Pletter for support and awesomeness, as well as bears. Kai would also like to thank his friends Noa, Alana, Marnie, Shonah, Alyssa, Rachel, and Sierra for being completely awesome and fun to be around.     LORI SCHREIBER (Costume Designer) is so happy to be back! Lori previously designed Honk (the first one) and also The Music Man. Break a leg everyone!

    MADDI CARROLL (Dorothy) is a freshman at Ithaca High School and is very excited to be in her second-ever R2P show! Maddi has been in three Boynton Middle School productions such as Cinderella, Guys and Dolls and State Fair. She participates in the Ithaca High School choir and absolutely loves it. She would like to thank Kristin Zaryski, her fantastic choir director who has inspired her to do great things, her parents and sister April for the endless driving to and from rehearsals and support, her best friend Crystal for the push to actually audition, and lastly her aunt for being there for her every step of the way.

    MARNIE PERRY (Munchkin, Third Crow, Flying Monkey, Citizen of Emerald City) is in 7th grade at Lehman Alternative Community School (LACS) in Ithaca. Marnie made her acting debut as the sexy grandma in the Beverly J. Martin 4th grade play. Her next role was as the gum-chewing Violet Beauregarde in the LACS middle school production of Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. She recently played the gum-chewing Penny Pingleton in the LACS all-school production of Hairspray, Jr. Marnie likes chewing gum, running track, climbing trees, and performing in the Vitamin L Project. Marnie is really happy to express herself in her first R2P show and thanks her family and friends for their support. Enjoy!

    MIKE “SPARKLES” GARRETT (Lighting Designer): Mike’s interest in theatre began at a young age, but it was not until his junior year of high school that he was introduced to technical theater by his roommate. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Animal Science, but was most often seen in the Schwartz Center’s scene shop, where he began as stage carpenter, rising to lighting designer and eventually technical director for Leonard Bernstein’s Mass in 2009. He has worked as the productions manager for the Cornell Concert Commission, as well as Slope Day. Mike also served as the set designer, technical director, and production manager for the Melodramatics Theatre Company. He has run sound for many concerts and several R2P shows. His love of theatre also has led him to work in concerts, film, and web media.

    NATALIE BOUCHER (Ensemble) is thirteen years old and enthusiastic to be part of the Wizard of Oz production! This is her third show with Running to Places; she has previously been in the ensemble of both Fiddler on the Roof and Once Upon a Mattress. She is especially excited to be in The Wizard of Oz because she has seen the movie multiple times when she was younger, and she loves all of the eccentric and fun characters. Enjoy the show – remember to follow the yellow brick road!

    NICK MRAS (Ensemble) is in 8th grade at Newfield Middle School and is excited to be in his 2nd Running to Places production! Favorite roles include playing "Tin Man" in the Hangar Theater's production of The Wiz, "Mr. Mayor" in Newfield’s production of Seussical and “Papa Ge” in Newfield’s production of Once on This Island. When he's not on stage entertaining, Nick enjoys drumming, chorus, soccer, hanging out with friends and making people laugh!     NICO SAWESTER (Mayor of Munchkinland/Flying Monkey) is very excited to be a part of the experience that is The Wizard of Oz. Nico is a seventh grader at Trumansburg Middle School. You may have seen him in Running to Places’ A Christmas Carol last year as Tiny Tim. He also participates in his school’s musical and theatrical productions. In his free time, Nico likes to do parkour, ski, and snowboard. Nico would like to thank his hard-working directors for their support throughout the rehearsal process, and his awesome mom and family.     NOA SHAPIRO-TAMIR (Glinda/Aunt Em) is so excited to be performing in this fun-filled musical, an old favorite. Past R2P shows include Fiddler on the Roof (Shprintze), Once Upon a Mattress (Ensemble), and more! She goes to school at LACS (Look it up. No really, look it up), where you could, perchance, have spotted her this past month as Beatrice or Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing, or in certain concerts playing the fiddle and singing. She loves any and all performing, as well as being a tireless extrovert and eating good food.   • Gun in sixth grade where he played Little Jake at DeWitt This was followed by A Christmas Carol where Noah appeared as Jonathon in seventh grade with Running to Places, as well as Macbeth as ensemble at DeWitt. Noah then was honored to be Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream, his first lead. Most recently, Noah appeared in Catch Me If You Can at Ithaca High School as ensemble. Noah's biggest wish for you is that you enjoy the show!

    RACHEL FRANK (Wicked Witch) is not actually a bad person. She just ends up playing them a lot. This is her fifth show with R2P. Previously, she was in A Christmas Carol, Once Upon A Mattress, R2P's Best of Broadway, and Daisy Pulls It Off. She would like to thank Joey, Jeremy, and everyone involved in making these shows happen. Kudos to her parents for being the reason she exists. Rachel can also be found at Acting Out New York, where she works assistant teaching, performing in short films, and writing scripts. In her free time, Rachel likes to write novels. Her first book, A Woman Scorned, is available now.

    ROSE ZABEL (Jitterbug/Lullaby League), age 12, is ecstatic as always to be featured in another R2P production. She is in seventh grade at DeWitt Middle School, and an avid fangirl. Previous acting experiences include R2P's A Christmas Carol, Once Upon a Mattress and Fiddler on the Roof, as Bielke. When not acting, singing, or dancing, Rose enjoys playing with her hedgehog, Ruby, or being obsessed with Japan. She would like to thank her friends for just being awesome while having to put up with her, as well as her wonderfully epic family (which includes the hedgehog!). "Enjoy the show, but please don't get bitten by the jitterbug!"

    SHONAH BANFORD (Jitterbug/Oz Resident): Shonah has loved working with Running to Places for the first time this spring, and is greatly looking forward to future shows. She has previously been a performer with The Ithaca Ballet, appearing in many shows including The Nutcracker, Snow White and The Pied Piper, and has done some film and theater work with Acting Out New York as well. In her free time Shonah enjoys writing, drawing and singing. She would like to thank her family for all of their awesomeness, and to give a shout out to Sol and Talon Jordan. Enjoy the show!

    SIERRA STALLMANN (Crow, Jitterbug, Munchkin) is delighted to perform with Running to Places again after the Best of Broadway in the summer of 2014. She has previously been in Lansing Middle School productions such as Seussical Jr, Honk Jr, Once on This Island, and her favorite, The Little Mermaid, where she played Sebastian. Sierra can be found playing ice hockey or running track when she is not in a show. Sierra would like to thank her family for their continued support, as well as everyone who made this show possible.     SIMONE STEVENS (Munchkin, Flying Monkey) is super excited to be in her first R2P production! She is a sixth grader at the Ithaca Waldorf School. Simone enjoys drawing, design, singing and listening to music. She would like to give a huge thanks to her mom and dad for schlepping her to the R2P rehearsals and for putting up with her singing in the car.

    SOPHIA MRAS (Ensemble) is in 6th grade at Newfield Middle School and is excited to be in her first Running to Places show! Prior theatrical productions include Newfield’s Once on This Island, Hangar Theatre’s Pirates of Penzance, and Hangar Theatre’s The Wiz. In her spare time, Sophia enjoys dance, piano, saxophone, volleyball, crafts and spending time with friends. Sophia would like to send a special thank you to her family and friends for their support.     SOPHIE TANTILLO (Production Stage Manager): This is Sophie's fifth season with Running to Places, and in those years she has enjoyed her time being involved with stage management in the company. Sophie is a sophomore at Trumansburg High School where she assists in the lighting and costuming of drama club shows. She works behind the scenes, as well as onstage for many shows. You may have seen her previously in last year's A Christmas Carol as Mrs. Cratchit, Into the Woods as Cinderella's Mother, or Dot the Goose in Honk. Sophie has been a part of the stage management team in R2P’s Annie, Into the Woods, Once Upon a Mattress, R2P’s Best of Broadway, Fame and others. Being the stage manager of this show has been great, and Sophia has enjoyed working with the talented cast and all the new members of R2P. She would like to thank all her friends in the show and in the company, the Tburg folks for the carpools, and her parents and her sister for everything.
