For 92 years Castleford Tigers have called the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Wheldon Road it’s home and for 92 years the club has played an essential part within the local community. In 2017 Castleford Tigers made history, winning the League Leaders Shield for the first time in the clubs 91 year history, in classy style, lifting the trophy in front of a packed house at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle and live on Sky Sports. The Tigers also reached the Betfred Super League Grand Final for the first time in the clubs Super League history.
