STEP 1:
Land is ploughed and low dikes are made for irrigation.

Fertilizers and insecticides are used for the better growth and protection.
STEP 5:
When rice ripe, it is harvested using sickle. Grains are separated from the
plants and packed.

farmers keep less for the family and have enough resources and capital to invest in commercial based

The similarities between the area of shifting cultivation and areas of tropical rain forests are:
