Circumferential and Lateral Micro-mark Register Control

LED source lights with min. 100.000 hours life time.

Cameras mounted on motorized bars, optics, electronic boards and light sources are designed by Grafikontrol

Electronic boards with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) image processor.

Micro marks are geometric shapes and not dots, not subject to print conditions. They can be placed anywhere.

Image Acquisition: the high speed camera reaches up to 200 images/sec, allowing a reading at every cylinder revolution.
