The effects that lahor’s the restaurant will have on the local community is that:

•It will take over the local community, and other restaurants will end up losing customers.

•Traffic Jams may Accor, more cars will come in the area, so therefore there’ll be no car space for the local people.

•Because Cartwright hall is loved by many local people, they may want their place back, so therefore people might protest. This will lead to many arguments in the community.

•Older generation wouldn’t want changes to be made in the local community

• Unwanted delivery trucks in the park, it will disturb the atmosphere.

• People will litter and leave mess in the park.• Causes disturbance to the visitors .• Visitors will be faced with food smells• Because it was a museum before and they are wanting to

change it to a café, less people will visit the park as there is no art to see and it will lose its sentiment of value.

• the older generation would not want the museum to be replaced with a café as they know the value of the museum, so it would take some persuading to get them to agree.

• The areas reputation will be ruined.• It also ruins Bradford's history. As the museum was once

the house of the great Mr Lister owner of lister’s mills.

Advantages• Brings jobs to the local community- this is a good opportunity for

unemployed parents without qualifications to bring a income for their family.

• More money being spent in the economy.

• Provides different and cultural foods for tourist that visits the park. This symbolises the multi-cultural society Manningham holds.

• The café will be situated in a familiar place, making it easy for people to access.

• Bringing more people to the park.
