Production tolerance is 7 mm in one side for the possible defects on the tip parts of the profiles and

10 mm in one side when the production is made with the foils brought by the customer. / La

tolerancia de producción es de 7 mm en un lado para los posibles defectos en las partes de la punta

de los perfiles, y de 10 mm en un lado cuando la producción se realiza con las láminas traídas por el

cliente.

2Color tones should be checked in the sequential works. / Los tonos de color deben verificarse en los

Putting silicon or adhesive into the profile channels before assembly shall increase the lid quality and

remove the spaces inside. (It is recommended to put completely in the materials which shall be used

in humid environments such as bathroom and to put frequently in the materials which shall be used in

humid-free environments.) / Poner silicona o adhesivo en los canales del perfil antes del ensamblaje

aumentará la calidad de la tapa y eliminará los espacios interiores. (Se recomienda colocar

Each one of our products does not have a separate glass model. Therefore, in the case of producing

Exposure to overdose thinner and acid content matters for the purpose of profile cleaning shall cause

In order to cut the profiles without any problem, it is recommended for the ambient temperature to be

25 degrees / Para cortar los perfiles sin ningún problema, se recomienda que la temperatura

ambiente sea de 25 grados.

The characters of the profiles shall differ according to the models during cutting. In most of the

models, when the frontal surface is taken into the bottom in the cutting machine (as the profile shall

stand upside-down), it gives better results. However, taking the frontal surface into the top gives

better results in some models. It is recommended to test the both two cutting types while using the

profiles. / Los caracteres de los perfiles deben diferir según los modelos durante el corte. En la

mayoría de los modelos, cuando la superficie frontal se introduce en la parte inferior de la máquina

de corte (ya que el perfil debe estar al revés), se obtienen mejores resultados. Sin embargo, llevar la

superficie frontal a la parte superior da mejores resultados en algunos modelos. Se recomienda

probar los dos tipos de corte mientras se usan los perfiles.

The most appropriate saw cutting speeds is 15 m/min while cutting. In HG surfaces the speed should

be decreased / La velocidad de corte de sierra más adecuada es de 15 m / min durante el corte. En

las superficies HG, la velocidad debe reducirse.

Each profile is put into package with nylon. Profiles which are encrusted and smooth surface profiles

should be stretched / Cada perfil se coloca en un paquete con nylon. Los perfiles que están

Amounts in package changes according to the product. Each package is labeled with a label

The products should be kept waiting for at least 3 days for control after order and production. In the

The warranty period is 2 years which begins as of the date that the product is purchased by the consumer. / El

período de garantía es de 2 años, que comienza a partir de la fecha en que el consumidor compra el producto.

The description of the defect, test results if any and clear visual material (photograph, video,…) showing the defect

must be submitted to our company for any products that are claimed to be defective, along with the right (*) the

consumer wishes to exercise concerning the product, within the legally allowed period.

a) Retract your contract by notifying that you are ready to return the sold product,

b) Keep the product and ask for a discount in the amount of the defect from the sales price

c) If it does not impose an exorbitant expense, to ask that the sold product be repaired free / La descripción del

defecto, los resultados de la prueba, si los hay, y el material visual claro (fotografía, video, ...) que muestre el

defecto debe enviarse a nuestra empresa para cualquier producto que se considere defectuoso, junto con una nota

In the event of such a claim the documents will be examined and if necessary a sample will be requested to conduct

analyses and tests on. The “Product Inspection Report” that is to be prepared after these analyses and tests, will

determine if the error, fault or defect that is claimed originates from production and if it is within the scope of the

If an error, fault or defect is determined to be covered by warranty, the right you choose to exercise will be met. / Si
