2015 LSSA A B2015 LSSA A B2015 LSSA A B The Awards Banquet will start at 7 PM Saturday July 11, 2015 at Chef Roy’s Frog City Café in Rayne. In order to help Chef Roy’s serve us be er, we are asking that you select your menu choices in advance. This year we have a choice of 3 entrées:
1. 12 ounce Ribeye Steak ‐ $34 2. Large Fried Shrimp ‐ $25 3. Grilled Chicken Breast ‐ $18.
Each entrée comes with Stuffed Potato, Salad and a so drink. Tax and p are included. A cash bar will be available. Due to Louisiana Fire Code restric ons, only the first 120 banquet reserva ons will be accepted. We need your menu selec ons and reserva ons no later than July 6th. Send your reserva on on May 1 or as soon as possible therea er. Space is limited and you don’t want to miss out. You may download and complete the pre‐registra on form found on the flyers page at www.redchutegaze e.com. We hope to see you there!

Pre‐registra on opens May 1, 2015. Reserva ons will not be accepted prior to that date.
Please use the Advance Registra on and Squadding Request form found on the Flyers Page on the Red Chute Gaze e website. That web address can be found at www.redchutegaze e.com. That form may be downloaded on your computer, filled in and returned to Doug Frey for processing. If you complete it on your computer, be sure to save the file before you a ach it to an E‐Mail and send to publisher@redchutegaze e.com.

Shooters wishing to shoot together must submit their squadding request together. Squadding preference is given to 5 person squads.
Be sure to provide your Awards Banquet choices and Team Event entry informa on on your pre‐registra on forms.
T‐Shirts are only available by pre‐order on your pre‐registra on form. XL and smaller will be $15. XXL and XXXL will be $17. T‐shirt orders must be in by June 21st.
If you needed an RV parking space, please indicate that on your pre‐registra on form.

Event 2:__________________________________________ 12 GAUGE CHAMPIONSHIP ‐ 100 Targets. Starts 2:00 PM Friday Entry Fee: $40.00 [Includes all fees except Concurrents.] Event 3:__________________________________________ 20 GAUGE CHAMPIONSHIP ‐ 100 Targets. Starts 10:30 AM Saturday Entry Fee: $40.00 [Includes all fees except Concurrents.] Event 4:__________________________________________ 28 GAUGE CHAMPIONSHIP ‐ 100 Targets. Starts 3:00 PM Saturday Entry Fee: $40.00 [Includes all fees except Concurrents.] Event 5:__________________________________________ .410 BORE CHAMPIONSHIP ‐100 Targets. Starts 10:30 PM Sunday Entry Fee: $40.00 [Includes all fees except Concurrents.] Entries close 1:30 PM . Event 6:__________________________________________ HIGH OVER ALL CHAMPIONSHIP ‐ 400 Targets [Events 2‐4]. Entry Fee: $3.00 Class will be determined by your four‐gun average at last regular string. *HOA guidelines in accordance with NSSA rules. You must have a four‐gun average. Event 7:__________________________________________ HIGH ALL AROUND CHAMPIONSHIP ‐ 500 Targets [Events 1‐5]. Entry Fee: $3.00 Class will be determined by your five‐gun average at last regular string. *HAA guidelines in accordance with NSSA rules. You must have a five‐gun average.
AWARDS FOR EVENTS 1 ‐ 7 CHAMPION: Gold Medallion and travel trophy
RUNNER‐UP: Silver Medallion THIRD: Bronze Medallion
CLASS AWARDS FOR ‐ AAA, AA, A, B, C, D, & E [12 Ga. Only]. Gold Medal for Class First, Silver for Second and Bronze for Third.
Event 8:__________________________________________ CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS ‐ First 25 targets from Events 2 ‐ 5. Entry Fee: $3.00 . AWARDS: Gold Medal for Champion and Silver for Runner‐Up.
Event 9:__________________________________________ CONCURRENT EVENTS ‐ Ladies, Sub‐Junior, Junior, Collegiate, Triple‐Sub, Sub‐Sub Senior, Sub‐Senior, Senior, Veteran, Senior Veteran, Military, Military Veteran, Re red Military, Parent/Child*, Husband Wife, and Family. Entry Fee: $3.00 per person per event. *Parent/Child –child must be of Sub‐Junior or Junior age, according to NSSA rules. AWARDS: Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals.

TEAM MEMBERS: All team members must have averages in all Team Events entered. Team Members do not have to squad together.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: To be eligible to enter, shooters must be a Member in good standing with the NSSA and the LSSA. This shoot is closed to shooters who are not Louisiana residents. AMUNITION: Factory ammuni on and reloads will be permissible in accordance with NSSA rules and guidelines. No money purses will be offered at this shoot.

YOUR “TO DO” CHECKLIST
To insure maximum enjoyment and minimum stress, be sure “to do” these things:
1. Download the pre‐registra on form from the flyers page at www.redchutegaze e.com. You can use the form in this program, but the one on the website is fillable and has pages for teams and RV parking reserva ons.
2. Find four friends to squad with and send in your pre‐registra on together. Full squad reserva ons get preferen al treatment in rota on choices.
3. Make sure your pre‐registra on form includes your Awards Banquet reserva ons and menu selec ons for you and your guests. A endance to the Awards Banquet is limited to 120 people. Don’t procras nate on your reserva on request! The deadline is July 6th, but we may hit 120 before that.
4. Bring your updated average card to the registra on desk. If you do not have your average card up to date you will be asked to leave the line to update your card.
5. Pre‐register for all events you plan to enter, including Team Events.
6. Pre‐register for RV parking reserva ons.
