CC-GB’s Snow Policy Weekday Masses: If Anne Arundel County closes schools, we will cancel that particular day’s 6:30 a.m. & 8:30 a.m. Masses at Holy Trinity. We believe that if it is unsafe for our children to go to school it is equally unsafe for adults to gt to church. Many have a passion for honoring God and beginning their day worshiping at weekday Mass. At the same time, God is not honored by broken bones or car accidents. If school is late but not canceled, we will have ONE Mass at 10 a.m. which may also be a funeral Mass. Weekend Masses: If (1) we are threatened with a blizzard or ice storm on the weekend AND (2) the Archbishop asks us to use our discretion about attending Mass, he is concerned that some folks who should not attempt to worship and are vulnerable to hurting themselves might imprudently go out in deep snow or unsafe ice and get hurt. Only when these 2 factors come together will we cancel weekend Masses.

Leading us in our Worship…

• SOUPER BOWL COLLECTION Youth help is needed for our annual Souper Bowl Collection on the weekend of February 6 and 7. We need at least two youths for every Mass celebrated in all of our 4 worship spaces. Teens would be responsible for explaining what the “Souper Bowl” is all about and who it benefits. It may not seem like it, but this is a HUGE service project. From your help with these collections, we raise over $6,000 dollars for local charities that serve the people of Anne Arundel County. Many of these charities rely on the donations that are received from this collection. If interested in volunteering, please email Mr. Dan as soon as possible.

• Snow Tubing: February 15 (President’s Day). All High School and Middle School students are invited to enjoy an evening of Snow Tubing at RoundTop Mountain Resort on February 15. We will leave the Parish Center at 9:00 a.m., get lunch, then go tubing. The cost is $40 which includes a lunch before tubing. Please call or email Dan Miller if interested in attending. We need a final count by February 1. Please note that we need parents to help out with carpooling. Parents who volunteer to carpool will receive one free tubing ticket to be used that day.

• Youth Ministry Flocknote Sign Up – Text CCGBYOUTH to 84576 to be signed up for Youth Ministry News and updates. This is the most reliable way of receiving up to date reminders of youth events.

Queremos tener a Dios a nuestro servicio.
