Our picturesque location within the beautiful Surrey Hills is ideal for both larger weddings and more intimate celebrations with a variety of reception and ceremony spaces that can be tailored to your individual style and theme.
Against the beautiful backdrop of our hotel and its grounds, our wedding spaces can seat up to 200 guests for a traditional wedding breakfast and evening celebration. We are also licensed to host civil ceremonies or partnerships for up to 220 guests.
We also have specialist experience in organising Asian weddings and ceremonies with an outstanding location to make your celebration truly memorable. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
If you choose to have your civil ceremony with us, we take reservations up to two years in advance. You will need to make a provisional booking with Guildford Register Office, who can be reached on 0300 200 1002.
Ceremonies
There are so many opportunities when you book your wedding with us. You may wish to use our grounds for your welcome drinks or have your photographs taken against the beautiful backdrop of Frensham Great Pond. Your wish is our command! Our creative and experienced wedding coordinators will work closely with you to create the celebration of your dreams and pull out all the stops to make your big day perfect.
Many of our wedding parties also choose to hire our 53-bedrooms on an exclusive basis and take advantage of the preferential accommodation rates for all guests. For more information on exclusive use, contact our weddings team today.

Every wedding is unique and should fit with your dreams and desires. That’s why Frensham Pond offers a choice of the Silver, Gold or Diamond Packages to meet your exclusive requirements. Each package includes a tailored menu with a choice of starters, mains and desserts created by our accomplished chefs, as well as a range of complimentary services to make your day extra special.
Whether you’re looking for a Master of Ceremonies, a luxury room to rest your head at the end of the wedding celebrations or a complimentary stay on your 1st wedding anniversary, the choice is yours! All packages include a red-carpet welcome, dedicated wedding coordinator and free on-site parking for all guests.
