All prices listed in KEYLESS® list are exclusive of VAT.

The goods are quoted ex works; shipping costs, taxes and col-lection charges for bank drafts are to be calculated separa-tely.

All KEYLESS® products have a warranty of 24 months from date of purchase on all European territory.

Warranty and ‘valid for products with structural manufacturing de-fects and functionality.

In no case the warranty includes on-site, but at the time. It remains the installer off fault detection, disassembly, shipping the product damaged at the headquarters KEYLESS® and all the costs of the intervention in progress.

KEYLESS® guarantees the product and its functionality only in the event that the product is properly installed with no adapta-tions for its unique purpose of use; Any other uses outside of the configured void the warranty.

KEYLESS® can not be held liable for damage caused to property or persons, for the use or installation of the product, nor for any damage arising from failure to use damaged or defect, lost profits, downtime or unavailability.

Then, following a brief evaluation after performing the tests indi-cated by KEYLESS®, you can return the product defective or inoperative for repair / replacement. The new or repaired pro-duct returned not again enjoy 24 months warranty but will follow the normal warranty issued at the time of purchase.

Not covered by the warranty of all products that are damaged by

incorrect wiring connections, power surges, thunderstorms and bad weather, earthquakes, floods or intrusion attempts burglary and / or manipulation.

In case of wrong purchase, the KEYLESS® products can be made, and exclusively ONLY if previously authorized in writing by the Head Office and within 30 days from the date of purcha-se.

The products must be in perfect working order, free of physical, electrical damage, electronic and software.

Products returned, undergo a depreciation of 20% of the purchase value, with a minimum amount of Euro 20,00.

The costs of packaging, shipping and return are fully borne by the buyer.

The following general conditions are unconditionally accepted by the purchaser as part of the general terms and condi-tions for each product created, marketed, sold by KEYLESS®.Any dispute or legal proceedings, is elected by the court of Treviso.
