Company HistoryFounded in 1998, USBid is an independent distributor providing reliable access to high quality elec-tronic components. The sales staff are experts at providing electrically equivalent (or better) alternatives to your sourcing challenges, thanks to in-house engineering resources from AAA Test Lab Inc who can review the technical aspects of your product needs prior to the start of the sourcing process. All orders are then inspected in accordance with AS6081 test methods to insure both conformance and authenticity. US Bid sells electronic components including FPGAs & CPLDs from companies such as Xilinx, Intel, Lattice and Microsemi, as well as a variety of memory products (SRAMs, Flash, FRAMs, EEPROMs, DRAMs, etc.), micro-controllers, Solid State Drives(SSDs) and DDR memory sticks, all of which can be erased,

programmed and tested in-house, including up-screening for speed and temperature. We also offer an ex-tensive range of passive components such as capacitors (MLCC, Tantalum, Aluminum,film/paper), resistors (metal film,wire-wound, thick/thin, network), inductors, switches and connectors. USBid sells components to the military, aerospace, medi-cal and industrial markets and our catalogs contain millions of SKUs of inventory available from more than 250 suppliers globally, which provides you the resources to solve difficult sourcing problems related to long lead times.

ServicesAll products sold by USBid are subject to testing by AAA Test Lab Inc., our in-house fulfilment subsidiary. AAA Test Lab is an ISO/IEC 17025 accred-ited, DLA approved, test lab provid-ing superior electronic test services. Founded in 2009, AAA is a full service electronic component test lab that offers test and analysis capabilities developed specifically to provide counterfeit detection analysis certified to all aspects of AS6081 & AS6171. USBid offers a variety of procurement and materials management solutions

for OEMs, EMS, repair facilities and various military and government agen-cies:

ProductsSince 1998 USBid has provided hard-to-find or allocated electronic components that typically mount on a printed circuit board. In particular, identifying and locating the appropri-ate FPGA, CPLD, memory device, or micro-controller is our specialty. Customers rely on USBid as an expert in procuring open market product with the capability to navigate through the difficulties commonly associated with sourcing hard-to-find product. USBid has market intelligence many OEMs and EMs do not and we can help meet production requirements while minimizing risk.

Quality - DLA Certified SupplierUSBid’s commitment to quality is backed by US government and in-dustry certifications and affiliations, including certification by the Depart-

ment of Defense’s DLA Land and Maritime Agency for both QTSL and QSLD products. The purpose of the Qualified Testing Suppliers List(QTSL) and Qualified Suppliers List of Distrib-utors (QSLD) programs is to establish and maintain a list of pre qualified suppliers for Federal Stock Classes (FSC) 5961 (Semiconductors)and 5962 (Microcircuits) products that are purchased and managed by DLA. by SAE Standard AS6081 and includes 100% compliance to the American National Standards Institute/ Electro-static Discharge Association (ANSI/ESD) Control Program ANSI/ ESD S20.20. The recent proliferation of counterfeit parts in the electronic component supply chain renders “visual only” inspection techniques completely inadequate and potentially dangerous. At USBid we deploy a counterfeit product avoidance pro-gram consisting of four (4) parts:

• Procurement – Purchase from suppliers using USBid’s Approved Vendor List (AVL) Policy

• Risk - Provide Customers with a Risk Assessment of the Supplier

• Control/Mitigation of Counterfeit Product

• Reporting (GIDEP, ERAI)

Test LabAll USBid orders are subject to AAA Test Lab Inc. analysis and inspection prior to shipment. AAA is the in-house test and analytics lab that provides a comprehensive array of methods and procedures designed to detect counterfeit and substandard electronic components using Mechanical, Visual, Chemical and Electrical techniques in accordance with AS6081 & AS6171 quality standards. These services are available to any company interested in an analysis of a given product, regard-less of whether it was purchased from USBid or not.
