Main Entrance and LobbyThe main entrance and lobby will be refurbished to create an attractive area to welcome customers into the pub. Works will include: • New feature entrance doors and screens.• Fitting Roman blinds and dressings.• New feature pendant lighting.• New glazed and panelled entrance doors. • Clear glazing to the front elevation windows.• Removing the existing staircase.

Bar ServeryThe bar servery will be refurbished in line with the attractive and modern look and feel of the pub. Works will include:Creating a brand-new bar servery in a new position with a dark stained timber bar front, a copper top and stud detailing in the bar corners. • Adding a new back bar fitting with a combination of painted

timber and copper bottle displays. • Installing new cask taps on the right of the servery and free

pour taps on the left.• Creating a new coffee station to help uplift the daytime

coffee offer.• Laying a polished concrete perimeter with areas of patterned

hexagon tiles.• A new glasswash area.

Bar AreaThe drinking area will be refurbished and redecorated with an attractive feel throughout to offer customers a stylish space for casual drinking with friends and family. Works will include:• A complete redecoration in a new colour scheme. • Adding high tables with distressed coloured bar stools and

upholstered seat padding, new bench seating with drop down timber tables, and leather high chairs with feature high pedestal tables.

• Installing warm directional lighting to create additional atmosphere.

• Installing new TV positions.• Adding decorative features including framed ‘vintage’

equestrian postcards, equestrian inspired wall pendants, neon signs and a chalkboard painted wall with a sign written menu.

Lounge AreaThe lounge area will be a relaxed space with cosy fires and dining-height furniture where customers can enjoy the brand-new offer. Works will include: • A complete redecoration in a new dark green colour scheme. • Creating a floral wallpaper feature wall.• Laying timber-effect tiles in a chevron format.• Installing glazed pendant lighting and fabric shade wall

lights.• Adding patterned Roman blinds and decorative bric-a-brac.• Adding comfy, loose furniture in a mixture of colours and

textures, with rugs underfoot.• Cladding the ceiling with reclaimed stable doors and a drop

bulkhead. LED bulbs will create the word ‘hidden’ on the angle of the bulkhead.

Dining AreaThe dining area will be connected to a new glazed Pergotenda to create an outside in feel, where customers can enjoy the fantastic new food offer. Works will include:• A complete redecoration in a new, natural colour scheme. • Creating a glazed Pergotenda with a rectangle roof system

and sash doors to connect the indoor and outdoor areas.• Adding grid-style fixed seating against an antique mirrored

wall with low brushed copper pendant lighting over the tables.• Incorporating soft, fully upholstered chairs.

• Adding bench seating with upholstered padding and loose cushions to the back.

• Laying square slip-resistant floor tiles in two colours laid at 45 degrees across the indoor and outdoor areas.

• Installing filament bulbs mounted to the ceiling with connecting detail.

• Adding feature wall mirrors and monochrome wall art.

KitchenA brand-new kitchen space will be formed to suit the proposed new menu template. Works will include:• A new, larger kitchen with a flat roof construction.• A new layout including designated storage, food preparation

and wash-up & cooking areas all designed for the most efficient service.

ToiletsThe ladies and gents toilets will be completely refurbished in line with the pub’s overall look and feel. Works will include:• Fitting new artisanal wall tiles with a copper trim.• Adding quirky door signage.• Creating new vanity detail with an open pedestal.• Laying stone-distressed effect floor tiles.• Adding new high-level system toilets with timber seats and

new waterless urinals.• Installing downlights and wall lights to the vanity area.• Painting the ceiling a darker colour scheme to create mood

and atmosphere.

Cellar General repairs will be carried out and a SmartDispense system will be installed to reduce waste and improve quality.

Garden AreaThe garden area will be completely refurbished and redecorated to create a trendy area where customers can enjoy drinks during the warmers months. Works will include:• Creating a glazed Pergotenda with a rectangle roof system

and sash doors to connect the indoor and outdoor areas.• Laying a concrete cobble-effect floor.• Adding decked seating pods and scaffold plank furniture to

the concrete area.• Installing neon lighting to the existing beer garden wall.• Adding chunky reclaimed oak drink shelves to either side of

the gates, with metal and timber round high stools secured into the concrete surface.

• Adding beam with hanging external bulbs, quirky planting and signwriting to the wall.

Signage and External AreaThe pub exterior, lighting and signage will be transformed to increase site visibility, communicate the pub’s offering and improve kerb appeal. This will match the overall look and feel of the pub. Works will include:• Replacing the timber gates with new mild steel gates to

increase visibility. • Decorating the walls in feature paint.• Adding loose planters.• Adding new modern and vibrant signage, including a set of

3D letters and signwriting applied to the building, a new panel for the existing double sided pictorial and a poster case.

• Installing new lighting including floodlights and lanterns.• Jet washing the rear garden area and creating a new staff

entrance and bin store.• Creating a new shed area for fridges.
