The following presentation highlights the exceptional control this module provides for all events associated with aircraft ground handling and servicing.

Select from the basic version or include accounting in the pro version that will create a client’s invoice.

This program can be run on a single independent network or accessed though the internet.


TASK MANAGEMENT

Create and track flights by segment.

Assign ground services by flight segment.

Add crew and passengers and keep track of items such as passport expiration, nationality and personal preferences.

Select items of importance from a dropdown list and eliminate mistakes and extra typing.



CREW AND PASSENGER MANAGEMENT

Create a catalog of crew members and passengers.

Maintain passport expiration date and nationality, phone numbers and more.

Automatically add crew and pax information to customs and immigration forms.

Store crew and pax by flight segment.



GROUND SERVICES MANAGEMENT

Create a catalog of all local airport and other service providers, e.g. fuel services, catering suppliers, aircraft cleaning and more.

Select from dropdown lists of service providers and eliminate typing errors.

Automatically transfer and print a list of services to your ground handling trip sheet.

Close out services by selecting the employee’s initials responsible from a dropdown list.



AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT

IcarusGH includes a comprehensive catalog system where by all repetitive data can be selected from a dropdown list.

This includes aircraft type and registration number.

Aircraft service organizations, phone numbers and eMail addresses.

Also included are hotels, ground transportation, airports with their ICAO and IATA designations, and your employee names.



DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Leave nothing to chance and let IcarusGH print all necessary documents for arrivals and departures.

Documents are customized to your country’s customs and immigration forms.

Additional documents required to run your operation are also customized specifically to your needs and populated from existing data.

Ground handling services are selected on this screen by each flight segment. Since this is an arrival, certain ground services do not apply but would on a departure.

In this example, only documents required for this departure segment is available to the agent to print, fax or eMail. Note: city and country specific documents are show in this example for Sydney, Australia.



SUMMARY

Everything leading up to the arrival or departure of a flight is summarized on the GH Trip Sheet print out –this example is specific to Universal Australia.

This shows the comprehensiveness and power of IcarusGH insomuch that the data an agent enters for a flight is transposed to this and other operational documents without having to retype, copy or paste.

FORM AUTOMATION

After filling out as many items as necessary, the agent can print, fax or eMail this document to the service provider, in this case for catering.

This catering information and cost is included in the reconciliation for client invoicing .



Agent will first tick the ground services for fueling on a flight segment and then select the service provider.

All information on this and other operational documents comes from the program and is not typed and retyped after the flight is initially setup.



This document is based upon the specific station, in this case Universal Australia and can be customized for anywhere in the world where the group is located running this program.



This document is a duplicate of the Australian Government’s required submission and is one of many country specific documents in the program.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

◦ A computer network of some kind if multi-user capabilities are desired.

◦ Microsoft XP or better and Access (2002-2003-2007) on each station.

◦ Program requires user login and password which is setup to allow or deny access to system functions vs. employee responsibility.

◦ Comes with a multitude of reports, all which can be customized for you.

◦ A very good option for running this program is to setup a ‘terminal server’ for all your users.
