1. 無法開啟 PCA 畫面？ ANS:請先行確認網路的連線狀態是否正常連線；如網路無法連線則須先排 除。其次是檢查設定是否有誤，若都無誤，請來信至 [email protected]

2. 在 PCA 輸入電話號碼無按鍵音或麥克風的聲音？ANS: 檢查音效裝置 (耳機 /喇叭 /麥克風 )是否正常；如：撥放其他 MP3/VCD 是否正常運作；如為否，（ 1）先查看這些音效裝置的接頭是否是插在音效卡上的正確插孔上。 （ 2）在視窗右下角的快捷列終右鍵點選”音量”，選擇”開啟音量控制”；在功能列
的”選項”點選內容；將錄音及撥放的音量控制都勾選顯示，然後調整適合的音量(不可為靜音 )
（ 3）檢查硬體的 Drives 及硬體本身是正常。

3. 撥通電話後無法聽到對方講話的聲音？ANS: 請選擇開始 / 設定 / 控制台 / 聲音及多媒體；點選音訊檢查”音效撥放”及”音效錄音”為同一個 Local 的裝置。

4. 若所分配之測試時數用完，要如何申請？ANS: 當我們發現若已不能撥到市話或手機，可能是分配之 Quota 已用完，此
時可寫信至 [email protected] 申請增加 Quota
5. 目前 ENUM 是否可在有防火牆及 NAT 之環境使用？ANS: Firewall 若使用者的環境中有防火牆，而此防火牆的設定又限定只有特定的埠號 (po
rt) 才能穿過防火牆時，則請使用者向管理防火牆的網管人員提出申請，要求開放 5060 及 9000 ~ 9100 的 port ，因為 PCA 的語音封包會透過這些 port 進行傳輸。
此外，亦需請網管人員讓防火牆能接受所有來自 SIP Proxy Server 及 Deploy Server 這兩個 IP位址的網路連線。因為 PCA 的訊號封包會經由 SIP Proxy Server 轉送，而 Deploy Server 則負責更新 PCA 的相關設定，因此需接受來自這二台 Server 的網路連線，否則將無法進行通話。

NAT 若使用者是透過 NAT 伺服器對外連線，由於具有 NAT功能的裝置會將網路
內部自行定義的 IP位址轉換成 Internet 上合法的 IP位址再對外連線。這種位址轉換的動作將會造成 PCA 連線時的問題，因為 PCA 連線時所需的資訊(例如，收送方的位址 )是透過 SIP 這通訊協定進行溝通，但具有 NAT功能的裝置只會轉換 IP 位址，並無法識別 SIP 訊息，所以無法得知在轉換 IP 位址後，同時要修改 SIP 訊息中那些對應的欄位，因此 SIP 訊息中關於位址的資訊仍然是網路內部自行定義的 IP位址，並不是 Internet 上合法的 IP位址，如此一來，便會造成連線上的問題。
要解決 SIP 在架設有 NAT環境中位址轉換的問題，可能的解決方案有幾種，但目前尚未提供此功能，建議暫時不要在此環境中使用。
