ENGAGE360 : Re-CertificationYou signed up on Engage360. Studied all the training

modules; passed all the tests. Now what?

For most other online tire training programs, once you

complete a module or all available, you have to wait for a

new one to launch. This means that after the initial training,

you might get one or two new mods in the next year...

We do it a little differently at Engage360. All of our dealers

have the opportunity to re-certify at the start of every

new year, for two reasons. First, modules are routinely

updated with new information when necessary. Second,

you get to earn points all over again every year in order

to get even more great E360 merchandise!

360EARN MORE POINTS

There are ways to earn reward points that go beyond

the training modules on Engage360.

Our registered dealers can pick up extra points by

playing tire-related games, submitting dealer surveys,

or by liking our E360 facebook page.

YOUR OPINION MATTERS! Not only do we want to hear

your comments and ideas, we will reward you too!

Submit an E360:Dealer Feedback Survey found in the

What’s New section of the training center. Once your survey

is reviewed and approved, your account will be credited

10 points, plus 10 MORE points for the bonus trivia question!

But that’s not all: each month five dealers who submit a survey have

their comments selected to be featured in the Social Media Center

(SMC). Those dealers chosen receive an EXTRA 25 points!

Three new tires for the PLT segment make a big impact on Continental’s product portfolio. The CrossContact LX25 is a next generation

tire for crossover and small SUVs, with improvements in tread wear over its predecessor, plus car-like style and performance. Rounding

out Continental’s “LT/SUV” segment, is the TerrainContact H/T. This tire is built for larger SUVs and pickups, delivering all-season highway

performance with durability and best-in-class wet braking. These two new tires join the TerrainContact A/T, a tire that is engineered for drivers

of SUVs and trucks needing off-road handling and toughness, while still being able to perform on the street. The third on our list lands in

North America to conquer winter roads. The VikingContact 7 is Continental’s newest winter tire that not only handles snow and ice, but offers

excellent performance on rainy roads – with powerful traction, grip, and braking!

CVT UNVEILs NEW TIREs AND NEW TIRE NAMING IN 2019 New tires are added to the commercial vehicle segment, while select tires undergo a new naming format

The new tire modules that launched in the CVT Training Rig included the Construction Group: covering the Conti HAC 3, Conti HDC 3, and Conti HSC 3 tires. The tires in this group cover the Regional & Construction segments, handling on-road travel over streets and highways for medium distances, while also handling the demands of off-road sites, under heavy loads and in dry and wet conditions. The Conti EcoPlus HT3 conversely, covers the Long-Haul Application Goods Segment where fuel efficiency, longer service life, and retreadability options are a must. Finally, the Conti LAR 3 fills the need for an all-position tire in the Regional Application, being equipped for On/Off-Road Light Construction as well. In addition to new tires, the CVT Rig also launched a new module to assist fleet owners in selling Continental’s commercial tire portfolio. This module shows you how to use the ContiAdvantage online portal, which is designed for fleet owners to create the necessary sales materials to present a Tier 1 Level image of product information and quality.

You will also notice re-naming for some of the existing CVT modules. The tires affected on Engage360 are: Conti Hybrid HS3 (now Conti HSL 3), CrossTrac HA3 (now Conti HSR3), and the CityService HA3 (now Conti HAU 3 WT). These updates do not affect the tires’ information or specs, just the nomenclature for each.
