This is his summer menu.

And this is his kitchen, Big Daddy’s domain.

The chef like things fresh. so of course,the Local likes to shop local.

Everything is in season and in province.And Big Daddy makes a point of creatingall his dishes from scratch.

That’s why the Local Kitchen is a grillthat eats like a restaurant,drinks like a pub and feels like
