Step1-Click on Vendor Sign up Link
Step 2-Fill all relevant information-in the box

Step 3-After filling information click on submit Click on Submit Button
Step 4- Collect Challenge Phrase in the Email-id mentioned while
registration. If Challenge Phrase is not received in 15-20 minutes in
the mail. Send a request mail for Challenge Phrase to
[email protected] mentioning your Company Name
and User id.

Steps 5-Login using your user id and password and click
enter.
Step 6-First login with Challenge Phrase
Login using the Challenge Phrase received in the Email-id
mentioned while registration

Step 7- Click on login and Register your certificate.
Step 8- If Digital Certificates are installed on the system. Click
on register signing Certificate First.
If Digital Certificates are installed it will appear in the dialog box.
Select the appropriate Certificate and click ok. Related
information of Certificate will appear in the textboxes.

Step 9-Related information of Certificate will appear in the
textboxes. Click on Save Details. Message stating Signing
Certificate Registered successfully will appear.
Step 10- After the message stating Signing Certificate Registered
successfully appears. Register the Encryption Certificate.

Step 11-Select the appropriate Certificate and click ok. Related
information of Certificate will appear in the textboxes. Click on
ok and save
Step 12: After the message stating Encryption Certificate
Registered Successfully appears. Click on Back and Login again to
Complete Supplier Registration

Step 13-Completing Registration-Login using User id and
password. Select the appropriate certificate and click on okay
Step 14- Click on complete registration Link.

Step 15- Fill the relevant details and click on Save. Then click on
Common Info Tab and fill the detail
Step16-Completing Registration click on Bid password section.
Create Bid Submission Password, which will be required at
final submission of each Bid. Save the Password

Step17-Click on terms and condition and click on accept tab
Step 18- Click on Proceed button and the click on okay.

Step 19 -Send a request mail to [email protected]
stating your Company Name and User-id for registration approval
Step 20-You will receive an approval email from admin, then you
can login and start electronic bidding .
