Howard Wolf, certified master restorer, is currently the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Standards Committee Chairman and is Principal of HW3 Group, LLC, a consulting, training, and claims management firm. He was on the Board of Directors for the IICRC and is the former Chairman of the ANSI/IICRC S500 Consensus Body. He has been in the cleaning, restoration and construction industries since 1984. He has extensive large project management and building diagnostics experience with particular expertise in public facilities, institutional and government agency projects.
