Since 1960, we have grown to respect that being a professional

painter is as much about developing a reputation as it is about

having a livelihood. The McCormick Paints name is known for

being “The Paint the Pros Use” because for over 50 years, the

quality and performance of our products has earned the

respect of the painting trade as being a reliable and trusted

partner in their business.

Thomas McCormick founded the company in 1960 and

established a legacy that would be carried forth by his family

and remain a symbol of independent tradition over a half

century later.
