PHASE 1: Day 1 – 2

PHASE 2: Day 3-7

1.00pm – 1.30pm: Coconut Water

(500mls)

1.30pm – 5.00pm: Free time for

techniques/resting

5.00pm - 5.30pm: Vegetable JUICE

(250-500mls)

5.30pm-6.30pm: Personal

7pm - 8pm: YOGA or Pilates
