Mid-winter the wind will howl outside and rain is a daily

occurrence, but we’ll be warm and cozy inside. Inspired

by the moody beauty of winter weather, this month is all

about celebrating the comfort that staying inside brings.

Thick knits, nourishing dishes and dark florals are what

we’re looking forward to.

Cozy, winter, knits, velvet/suede, spice, comfort, moody

W H A T W E ’ R E L O O K I N G F O R

This month we’re looking for winter weddings with dark

lips and florals. Deep colours paired with long sleeve

dresses are what we’re hoping to see. We also want to

spice up our make-up with darker colours and red tones.

Warm-toned wedding dresses or bridesmaids outfits,

mustard accessories and knits, paired with leather

accessories. We want to feature Indian restaurants, cozy

hangouts and homes with pops of warmer colours in their

interiors. We’ll be looking for a garam masala recipe, the

best tomato soup and delicious mulled wine. Recipes

that feature citrus like blood oranges, winter staples like

butternut and sweet potato and, especially, comfort food

like soups and stews.
