I. LESS TRIAL EXPERIENCE
• Increase in cases mediated
• Increase in cases settled
• Individuals seeking judgeships at earlier ages
• ALJ’s and government attorneys seeking judgeships
II. EFFECT OF LESS TRIAL EXPERIENCE
• Need for attorneys to be proactive during pre-trial and trial
