TRF’S Future Vision Plan

• Approaching 100th anniversary of TRF, trustees sought to develop a plan to make TRF more relevant - Only slight modification to programs since inception.

• Trustees sought input from a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Plan updates mission and creates more effective ways to help Rotarians develop diverse projects with greater impact and sustainable outcomes.

TRF Future Vision Plan Designed To:

• Simplify TRF programs and processes consistent with the mission.

• Focus service efforts where they will have greatest impact by addressing priority world needs that are relevant to Rotarians.

• Offer program options to help achieve both global and local needs.

• Increase sense of ownership by transferring more decisions to district.

• Gain greater understanding of TRF’s work and enhance Rotary’s public image.
