Ring 1 Judge: For Feature Show.

Ring 2 Judge : For Young Stock Show and Miniature Ponies.

Gate Entry is $10.00 per exhibitor.

Indemnity wavier forms MUST BE completed prior to purchase of Tickets.

Must be a financial member of our society to show at our show unless you pay a

Non member fee of $20.00 for the day to cover cost.

Classes are $ 7.00 per entry.

Non Members $ 20.00 Fee

A canteen will be available on the day & there will also be a raffle on the day.

Shetland Ponies Must be Registered with A.P.S.B Please have ponies papers with you

to prove of registration of your pony/ ponies.

Random Drug Testing for Ponies.

No Drugged Ponies allowed in ring.

No Dying, False Aids, Make up and clipping of Shetland Ponies is allowed. If found

any of these above will be removed from class or will not Judged in Class in ring.

You can trim outside along the ears and under the jaw line of the throat only is

allowed

Painting the hoofs in clear or black is allowed

No American Shetland Ponies are allowed at our show.

No Shetland Ponies under 3yrs can be shown in harness or saddle.

Miniature Ponies ne 87 cm or ne 8.2hh to be shown under there show rules

Please Note: To all Exhibitors Stallions and Colts 2yrs and over must be shown with

a bit in mouth on Grounds.

Every exhibitor or competitor shall be bound by and observe the decisions of the

show committee.

The show committee reserves the right to disqualify any exhibit that, in its opinion,

appears to be in poor condition at the time of showing.

An official measurer may be in attendance.

Judges Must not be approached on the day of the show or event and before show. Once a class has commenced no exhibit may leave the ring unless so instructed by

the ring official.

There is to be no change of handler once a class has commenced without the

permission of the judge.

The Judge’s decision is final and any protests must be lodged officially according to

the show regulations.

If the judge, steward or ringmaster considers an exhibit to be dangerous or acting in

a manner that is disruptive they may request that the exhibit is removed from the

ring after issuing one prior warning. If the show committee considers any person in

attendance at an event is acting in an inappropriate manner they reserve the right to

instruct that person to leave the facility.

A Broodmare IS A MARE WHICH HAS FOALED, HAS A FOAL AT FOOT OR IS TO

FOAL IN THE CURRENT BREEDING SEASON, PRIOR TO THE 31ST JULY.

A FOAL UNDER THE AGE OF THREE WEEKS AND THEIR DAMS CANNOT BE

SHOWN.

A BROODMARE with a foal is ineligible for ridden or harness classes.

Mare classes are for mares with no foals at foot and must be dry.

No Shetland Geldings are not eligible for Supreme Led Exhibit in Feature show

section

Harness classes may have handler.

No Alcohol consumed on grounds.

Miniature Ponies to be shown under their standard of Excellence.
