Training Needs Analysis• training providers are not able to satisfy entirely the demand for training from the owners and managers of tourism SME

• a gap between high-end, longer duration, university courses & basic courses on business start up. Hard to find resources that can assist in the growth phase of SME

Training Needs Analysis The internet represents the best tool to provide ongoing background information for both trainers and managers/owners alike.

The internet offers the best way to supplement less frequent face-to-face training.
