THE INDUSTRY’S MOSTEFFECTIVE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS GALENE’s packaged “plug and play” water treatment

plants - CCS, combines technological knowledge with

leading process engineering to create small size biological

solution for sanitary and industrial wastewater treatment

applications. The units employ activated sludge with

extended aeriation process, achieving odorless and easy

operation while assuring high quality effluent with stable

and reduced volume of excess sludge for disposal.

GALENE’s CCS units are pre-designed and prefabricated in

house delivering a fully operational system for fast and

easy on-site connection. Its modularity gives the system

flexibility for different loading and flow requirements. All

electromechanical, mechanical and electrical equipment

are pre-assembled, delivering a complete package to site,

reducing substantially installation time, earth movement

and civil works required for its implementation. Its

rectangular tankage and equipment compact design

maximizes space efficiency, reducing footprint and

ancillary yard piping, thus increasing land utilization for

other needs of the client.

GALENE’s CCS flexible design permits the simple

integration of additional treatment process steps base on

client’s requirements, including Biological Nutrient

Removal (BNR), tertiary treatment for water reuse,

disinfection by chlorination or UV, among other specialized

treatment needs. The CCS is equipped with high quality

components with optional advanced process control and

automation equipment for ease of operation.
