Positive Changes for 2015 • Medical and pharmacy Out-Of-Pocket (OOP) costs will now be combined to more quickly reach the same maximum medical OOP amount as last year
•Member single = $3500 annual max •Member + 1 = $7000 annual max •Family = $10,500 annual max
• $50 single/ $100 family deductible on Tier 2, 3, and Specialty medications will apply to the Medical deductible • There is no longer a $1,500 Specialty Drug OOP maximum – payments on Specialties will go toward the combined medical/pharmacy OOP maximum • Specialty Drug co-pay has been decreased from $150 to $75 per prescription

*** If you obtain a brand-name drug when a generic equivalent is available, you are responsible for the generic copayment plus the cost difference between the brand-name drug and the generic drug.

My Rx Choices, Medicine Cabinet, and a member’s prescription ID cards are currently available with new apps for renewing and refilling a prescription and messaging on gaps in care. The Pharmacy mobile application (app) is now available for iPhone by downloading from the iTunes® Store. In addition, Android & BlackBerry® users can now access the mobile app regardless of wireless carrier.

Worry Free Fills
•Worry-Free Fills™ is an automatic refill program available to members who utilize the Medco Pharmacy.
• Members enroll for the program at the drug level.
•If a member chooses to enroll a particular medication, a reminder letter is either mailed or emailed to the member approximately three weeks before the prescription is filled.
