The Riverside County Transportation Commission has extended the 91 Express Lanes east from the Orange County/Riverside County Line to McKinley Street (on State Route 91) and Ontario Avenue (on Interstate 15 South). There is no direct access to Interstate 15 North. Northound drivers of the 241 Toll Road can enter the eastbound 91 Express Lanes at the new entry/exit point at the County Line to travel through Corona. Westbound drivers of 91 Express Lanes can exit at the County Line to access the southbound 241 Toll Road. To use the 91 Express Lanes, all drivers must have a FasTrak transponder. NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OPERATOR SELECTED TCA has selected Faneuil Inc. to provide staffing and management for The Toll Roads’ day-to-day customer service operations effective May 1, 2017. The selection is a major milestone in enhancing customer service for the 300,000 daily drivers of Orange County’s 51-mile toll road system. Faneuil’s contract is expected to be a 10-or-more-year agreement with an estimated value of $100 million and includes call center operations, customer communications, account management, violation processing, FasTrak® transponder management and payment processing. The Toll Roads’ customer service operations serve nearly one million FasTrak and ExpressAccount® customers. Each month, the call center manages more than 100,000 inbound calls, 3,300 walk-in customers and 11,000 electronic and paper communicaitons. Headquartered in Hampton, Va., Faneuil has provided outsourced customer service for an extensive client portfolio nationwide for more than 23 years and manages more than 600 million customer interactions annually. Specific to the tolling industry, Faneuil has provided customer care, back office and violations processing support to agencies for more than 11 years. For a quarter century, the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) have preserved Orange County’s scenic beauty and healthy ecosystems while building and operating the state's largest network of toll roads. We protect the natural resources of more than 2,000 acres of habitat and, with the help of community and agency partners, have created a connected network of permanent open spaces across nearly 40,000 acres. We built the first successful native habitat for a federally listed bird species on a closed landfill. We transformed a narrow concrete drainage ditch into a thriving wetland and coastal sage scrub community that serves as a major wildlife corridor. We built a state-of-the-art wildlife fence to keep drivers and area wildlife safe along The Toll Roads. Eight new miles of roadway have opened for FasTrak drivers. TCA’s Boards of Directors have welcomed new Directors. Councilman Jose Moreno representing Anaheim, Mayor Katrina Foley representing Costa Mesa, Councilman Richard Viczorek representing Dana Point, Councilman Brian Maryott representing San Juan Capistrano and Mayor Peggy Huang representing Yorba Linda recently took the oath of office.

Additionally, the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency Board of Directors nominated and elected Director Ed Sachs (Mission Viejo) as Chair and Director Christina Shea (Irvine) as Vice Chair.
