He was Arrested Feb. .16, 1995, after offering an under cover officer $150 in exchange for sex, court documents state. "On Feb. 16, 1995, Deputy A. Reyna was assigned to the vice section working a plain clothes assignment," an arrest affidavit prepared by a ^mber of the Travis County Sheriffs Office states. "Eric S.
