We are holding a free smear taking clinic on Wednesday the 31st May. Please contact the Health Centre if you would like to arrange an appointment.

If you need a good chat with one of our clinicians, please make sure that you request a double appointment so we can ensure that the Doctor or Nurse can cater for your extended needs without delaying other bookings. We continue to urge you to seek help if you are struggling with the effects of the earthquake or to encourage any friends or neighbours to seek help if required. (Consultations for earthquake related matters are free until May 31st.)

Flu season is upon us and flu vaccines are available now. Vaccines are free if:

• You are over 65 years • You are pregnant • You are under 18

You have a chronic condition Non-funded vaccines cost $22 for registered patients.
