This happened when you take of the toner bottle, replace a new bottle and that put it again the bottle that as bean there before. You can enter in SP mode and disable this messages. Try this: press yellow key press 107 in the key pad Old the red key at least 3 sec. After that press "COPY SP" Press on the key pad 5051001 and than #. Press the OFF button and than press OK on the bottom. Exit all the way out and reset your machine by turning OFF and turn ON. Hope that helps. See you
