ClickBid & Wristband Frequently Asked Ques8ons
What is ClickBid? ClickBid is our online mobile bidding system that allows you to bid on auc7on items from anywhere. You can access the website using your iPad, computer, or smartphone at www.ascensionbluegators.org/fes7val.
Is everyone who a@ends Fall Fes8val required to have a wristband? No, only those wan7ng to par7cipate in the games and ac7vi7es must purchase a wristband. Otherwise, entry into Fall Fes7val is free and doesn’t require a wristband or 7cket.
How do I buy a wristband? All wristbands are $25 and available for purchase on ClickBid or you may also purchase them at the entry gates the day of the Fes7val. The wristbands will give access to unlimited games at the Fall Fes7val. All wristbands purchased online in advance will be at Will Call the day of Fall Fes7val.
Is there an advantage for buying the wristbands online in advance? Yes! If you purchase your wristband(s) by Friday, October 26, at 3 p.m. your child will receive a Free Dress pass for Monday, October 29. Free Dress passes will be given out at Will Call when you pick up your wristband(s).
How do I bid? ● Register on www.ascensionbluegators.org/fes7val or go to the Ascension website and click on ClickBid
under Quick Links. ● Login to create a bidder number. ● Enter your bidder number and tap Login. ● Enter an item number or tap “Browse” to view items by category. ● Enter your bid on the detail page to take the lead. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a text message when
you’ve been outbid. ● Tap on My Bids to view your ac7vity throughout the event.
Is my Bidder Number the same as last year? Yes, if you were a bidder in 2017 for the PTO auc7on you will use the same bidder number as last year. What if I forgot my Bidder Number? Click on the ques7on mark next to the Go bu`on at the bo`om of the screen and you will be prompted to enter your email.
Why do I have to re-enter my credit card informa8on? For security purposes, ClickBid does not save credit card informa7on from year to year. When do the items open? Auc7on items will be available for bidding star7ng Tuesday, October 23, at 6 p.m. When do the items close? Auc7on items will begin closing on Sunday, October 28, at 4:30 p.m. Each category will close at a different 7me. Please refer to the program for closing 7mes.
How do I pick up an auc8on item that I win? Auc7on items will be available for pick up on Monday, October 29, in the Robson Room from 9 a.m. un7l 1 p.m.
